They are very unethical, unprofessional and the receptionist Eric has no courtesy whatsoever. I had a credit that I was no longer going to use. My daughter only went there twice and I did pay for registration and for the month plus we did have a credit for the next month, which they did not want to refund. I guess Anna the teacher and the receptionist Eric can have free pizza on me.
They hang up the phone on me twice which I think is very unprofessional.
