I have to say running into Dolce Vita Laser Center on Unilocal changed my life. Dr. Caldera and his staff are the best in the business. Never have I meet a doctor who cared so much for their patients. Any questions and concerns I had were answered thoroughly. He took the time to explain every single thing about my procedure. He even went as far as giving me his personal number so i could reach him directly ²⁴⁄₇. Honestly what doctor do you know that does that? I also have to comment on Jeannette who works there as well, she is a complete sweetheart. When I first had my consult I met with her and immediately she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Any scheduling for appointments I could text her about, I even had to cancel last minute once and she completely understood. Again what office does this? They go above and beyond for their patients. I expressed at my check up today that I was looking into getting laser hair removal but was scared it was going to hurt and Dr. Caldera took the time to turn on the machine and let me feel how the laser felt on my arm. Seriously Dr. Caldera and Jeannette are amazing. I recommend everyone to come here. Best prices in all L. A & surrounding areas (I did my research), amazing service, clean environment. What else could you ask for? NOTHING !

I’ve been going to Dolce Vita Laser Center for almost 5 years now and have always been happy with their services. The doctor is the one that actually performs the services unlike many other centers who have their staff members do it. He’s also very cautious and gives the safety recommendations of sun damage. Best of all, the staff is awesome! They’re very accommodating and super professional. On top of that, they just lowered their prices to stay competitive. Regardless of where you are in LA, this place is well worth the visit!

Good customer service! Amazing staff and they really accomodate your shedule. I had done the tumescent liposuction last two months ago and i really do love the result and i can see the big difference. Before and after the procedure they really explain to you the procedure to make u less nervous and assure you that you will love the result and its true. He did a great job. Im also doing laser underarm with dr caldera and been coming back to him. Thank you dr caldera and to all his staff

Dolce vita laser center physicians are not only equally concerned with the results the patients are getting but they use the top of the line laser (GentleLase) No PAIN and AMAZING results. To top it off it is less expensive then what I was paying for waxing. My experience at the office was incredible. From the moment you walk in it feels like home. Candles burning in the waiting room, comfy sofas, there’s even a tv for you to watch if you do not wish to read magazines. I was greeted right away by the front desk girl (Margarita). I expected to wait about 15−20mins. That’s what I would usually wait at the salon. My wait was hardly that, as soon as I sat down a lovely woman by the name of Jeanette called me in. She escorted me to the room, gave me instructions and just made me feel like I had made the right choice in coming in. I had a few other questions… she was quick to answer, very knowledgable. Dr. Caldera was great as well. He made sure I was okay and asked if I had any further questions before beginning the session. The procedure was quick and painless! It’s really been life changing! For all those women who have the struggle of having to shave/​wax often I suggest you give this place a call. I simply fell in love!

I have had a total of 7 laser treatments here and have had great results! It’s really helped my overall skin completion and basically eliminated my problem with in-​growns that I hated and made me so self conscious. I used to love waxing but laser is so much better!!!
At Dolce Vita, they are prompt with appointment times and I’m always in and out of there in less than 10 – 15 mins! And to top it off, BEST prices for laser treatments that I’ve came across which is great considering Dr. Caldera is also an OBJYN !! I’ve referred 3 friends here so far!

There are always trying to accommodate your schedule and do a good job at getting clients in and out the door. They use the same Gentlelase laser as dermatologists in beverly hills and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend checking this place out if your thinking of getting laser hair removal.

If i could give 10 stars i would !!! Dr. Caldera Changed my life !!! HE HAS THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH !!! He took time to really understand the problems I was having with my skin and my body. He transformed my skin to the next level. I’m a make-​up artist and to me skin is utmost important. After two back to back pregnancies my skin as well as my body changed. I walked into Dr. Calderas office with many concerns .He sat down personally and went over every single problematic area with my skin including my body. Not once him and his team pressurized any item or tried to convince me to buy/​to go through any procedure that was not needed like most dermatologist/​surgeon. He was calm, collective and very professional with a variety of knowledge in his field. I was introduced to OBAGI Nu-​Derm program and let me tell you its the holy grail of skin care !!! OBAGI CHANGED MY LIFE !!! if you’re reading the one star comments please re-​think because I’m giving you my personal advice go see him I can promise you and put my money down that you will walk out of there with PERFECT skin !!! The response to my review is disingenuous at best. He simply ignores the fact that he inadvertently discredited the excellent work of Joshua Wieder’s office in removing hair from my face. He characterizes me as telling him what to do when I merely asked him to explain his thinking and why it contradicted that of a number of other *professionals* I had talked to online. I asked him to explain his thinking, and he immediately took offense. This man is a doctor, so I can’t help but wonder: did he get call it «telling him what to do» every time one of his patients sought a second opinion, or asked him if they had options other than those he’d mentioned? Goodness!
Interestingly, I ultimately chose another clinic where the RN was happy to answer my questions at great length and explain quite a lot about settings theory. She also disagreed with the professionals I had talked to online re: which settings can be effective, but because she took the time to explain to me precisely WHY, I found she made sense and trusted her. As it happened, she ended up choosing the settings the professionals online had recommended anyway. It’ll be a while before I know how well it’s working, obviously, but I certainly didn’t experience anything close to a burn.
