I am not coming back to this place. I am a HUGE fan of Dunkin’ Donuts, and have been for a very long time. But this place sucks! The donuts look like a crumbly mess, taste stale, and there is barely any chocolate on them. I went there this morning, and they had my order 100% messed up. I got the wrong drink, which I can understand happens and I pointed it out. I get my box of donuts and drive home, it is the wrong order as well. Don’t waste your time with this place, the other negative reviews are 100% accurate and display a high level of a «who cares» attitude by the staff.

I used to never go to this Dunkin Donuts because they skimp on frosting the donuts — it’s a small smear — this had improved for months the donuts were normal quality for a Dunkin Donuts. Now, again the last few times I’ve been in — back to the same — barely a smear, not even covering ¼ inch in some parts of the donut. This Dunkin Donuts needs new management. Manager working register today was not friendly at all; there was a long line and he was trying to rush everyone through which is great, but do so with a smile. The drive through line was long so I went inside to pick my donuts and I was glad that I did because that is when I saw again the donuts were barely frosted. So, I chose something other that our normal Chocolate Frosted. I don’t get it — this location is SUPERBUSY all the time so I’m sure the profit is there; hire friendly staff and don’t reduce the quality of your product.

Frequent visitor. Went through the drive thru the other day and took my first sip of my Latte with french vanilla when I was on Thunderbird to find their was no french vanilla. I turned around and stood in line to ask them to add it which they did-even had the receipt showing it was suppose to have it. No apologies for their error or concern for my time that I lost-it made me late for work. :-(

Super un impressed today. Was waiting in the drive thru for 2 – 3 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me before I could even get up to the speaker I decided to park and go inside. I understand it’s lunch time on a Friday, so an extra star for it maybe just being a bad day. I only saw 2 people working. Like hello it’s Friday during lunch hours!?! None the less I was the only one inside. The guy at the front counter took my order went to make it and when he handed me the iced coffee he realized he made the wrong one and fixed it. I also got a small hot coffee and he handed that to me and pointed out where napkins, straws, and sugar we’re at. I get back to work and I’m walking with both coffees and I’m like wow my hands really hot. He didn’t put a sleeve around it. Hopefully it’s just a bad day, or I’ll have to start going across the street to Starbucks.

As I’ve said on my other Dunkin review I am an avid Dunkin coffee drinker!!! As you can easily tell by my check-ins!!! This particular Dunkin is much more consistent then the others I’ve gone to. They label their cups, which makes me happy!!! They are also very good at repeating back your order to you to make sure they have it correct! I usually go there in the evening and it’s not too terribly busy, but I’ve been there in the morning and it is a madhouse!!! My order was still correct though, so yay for that! I definitely recommend going to this Dunkin!!!

For the most part they are spot on with the coffee we order. There have been a few times where we have either not gotten a full cup, or just a wrong order. Those are few and far between. Worth a stop for good coffee!

According to Google they’re open until 9. So BF and I were on a late night donut and coffee run. I’m not a fan but I love him so I agreed to go there.) We arrived at 8:15 last night to find no donuts except a half dozen already boxed. And no coffee. They already closed up the machines for the night. So… why are you even open? Look I’m not expecting every item on their menu to be available at the last hour of the day. I’m not unreasonable. But give me something! No coffee? Isn’t that what everyone loves so much about this chain? BF grabbed the boxed donuts and they at least gave him a discount. They should’ve been free. It included 3 inedible dried up plain cake, a filled that looked like someone pushed their thumb through it, a chocolate cake glazed that either had a bite taken out of it or a piece torn from it but I wasn’t going to take any chances. Again, I’m not expecting morning fresh donuts at 8pm, but those shouldn’t have been offered to anyone. Thinking about it, I’m not sure I’ve ever had a fresh donut from DD. I do however, expect coffee to be available until 9 if that’s how late you’re open. Not acceptable. Good thing there was a Starbucks next door. I know I can count on them to provide until the doors close.

Went in on national doughnut day, got a large iced coffee and a doughnut for $ 2.63. Hard to complain about that price!

All the employees here are horrible and whoever does the hiring needs to be fired. Never met customer service people so rude and bothered by the fact that you come to their job and purchase stuff. Hello the customer is the reason you have a job and paycheck you small minded humans.

Dear reviewers reading, Bad service, every time I go here they don’t care of seem like they have better things to do like talk to each other instead of taking care of the customers. And I go here always in the evening to get my coffee fix and sweet fix. Whenever I walk in there is no one here at all so I go up to the counter and wait and wait, wait some more till finally the workers are done talking about something then the lady always comes up and just asks«What do you want?» not in a welcoming tone but more like she is annoyed that I walked in. And I just order a donut and I always get something iced, but this last time was so bad! I had my friend with me and we ordered a blended ice drink, I got mocha and he got caramel, the lady behind the thing just hurried and threw them together and then served us it, the drinks were a mixture of both mocha and caramel and they were super liquified not blended or at least a little thickness but super watery like I ordered a over ice drink. She just then took off and went back to talking to her friend so I left. Next time I’ll spend the extra money and go to the Starbucks just to the side of this place.

Horrible customer service at this location. Ordered coffee and donuts and when clarifying order was correct the cashier was very demeaning. I had previously purchased coffee at this location where the order was wrong so I wanted to assure they had the order listed correctly. The donuts served were stale; one was hard as a rock! When commenting on this to our drive-through attendant she was anything but helpful. While hitting the hard donut against the steering wheel to show how hard/stale it was she said oh it shouldn’t be that hard yet did not offer a refund, a different option, or even an apology. We left quite annoyed and will not be retuning. If you want a good cup of coffee and decent customer service, go to the Starbucks in this plaza instead, they have always been wonderful!

It’s a Dunkin Donuts. However on our last visit, service inside was extremely slow — which would be okay because they were busy, but not a single smile from the person helping us?! Smiling and being friendly goes a looooong way with me. Was even more disappointed to find out that said person was a manager.

I was delighted over Christmas to see a Dunkin’ Donuts in Phoenix. Their coffee was good, their donuts were fresh, and the service was ok. One time I came here they were out of a lot of options, which is always disappointing, but that happens at all bakery/donut places. And they sell Dunkin’ K-Cups here which is great!

To start I didn’t even have a donut I had an died coffee carmel latte . I am a big coffee bean fan and didn’t expect much because I don’t run on Duncan but my wife and I were surprised very good flavor not overly sweet. Lastly for 3.75 it was 30oz of coffee which for two people is perfect. I will be back and my Starbucks snob wife even said she liked it.

I was so excited when I realized this location existed! I have no idea how I passed it nearly every day, on my way to Einsteins and(begrudgingly) Starbucks, without seeing it! It was Unilocal that brought me here yesterday. I’m not one to gorge on donuts, but if I do eat one, it better be worth the calories, and… drumroll…Dunkin Donuts donuts ARE worth the calories. What I really come here for though is their coffee. Since there are no decent«real» coffee shops in Phoenix that know ANYthing about coffee, I have to resort to the next best thing… chains. And this one tops Starbucks for sure. They also have decent bagels.

I just don’t get Dunkin’ Donuts. Maybe it is because I’ve been spoiled by the deliciousness that is Rainbow Donuts — or maybe it is just because Dunkin’s donuts are just total crap. We happened to be in this area today, and got a few donuts to fulfill my sugar craving. Their chocolate donuts are brown, but they don’t actually taste like chocolate. They were some of the blandest donuts I’ve ever eaten. The pink-frosted sprinkled donuts were marginally better, but the apple fritter was a waste. I am so glad I live by a REAL donut shop, so I don’t have to resort to these low-quality, flavorless, tiny donuts on a regular basis. If you are within 30 minutes of a Rainbow donuts, make the trip — you’ll be glad you made the effort for fresh, flavorful treats.
