Eagle Crest Apartments

Great experience! Management is wonderful. I moved out of eagle crest 4 years ago. Last night a good friend told me his «eviction from eagle crest» story. He lived there for about 7 years. He came upon hard times and could not pay his rent. The lengths sherry (manager) went through to ensure that he was able to get everything he needed out of the Appartment after the lockout were over and above anything I have ever heard. From the business/​management side, she had no alternative but to lock him out. From the human/​compassionate side she did all that she could to make a really bad situation as positive as it could be. Over the years I lived at eagle Crest I witnessed great acts of caring from the staff.

I lived here for just over 4 years, and I was pretty bummed to leave! I loved that our pool was taken care of (we lived toward the front of the property, near the office and front pool), and there were actually mature trees and lots of well-​kept plants and flowers. Everyone that worked there was so nice. I didn’t have much that needed to be fixed while I lived there, but the guys who would come help us out were always friendly and would take care of the problem quickly! I also loved how centrally located we were. right by a Fry’s Marketplace, a great sushi place, a couple bars, and down the street from the mall! We’ll miss our neighbors, and our favorite hangouts, but hopefully someone new can move in and enjoy our old home, and our great view of the sunrise!

We have been living here almost 2 years now. I love the price/​location of these apartments. Front office is so nice and knows me by name. There is a well maintenance green belt right out side that my nephew loves to run around in. We really like it here!

You can’t be the price/​location combo. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are typically well-​maintained. The parking lot is covered. It’s right next to the grocery store. My only complaints are the hot water. n when taking a shower the temps change quick and dramatically. There’s tons of children. (My guess is that all complexes are like that though.) And there tends to be a lot of stray cats around. My neighbors are nice though and we just jeep the windows closed if the gaggle of children are playing. (We tend to assume the green pool is also due to these children. Unfortunately, we don’t get to use it much because of the color or the swarm of screaming short people, or both.) All in all though, we’ll probably stay here for a few more years at least because like I said, can’t be the price for the location.
