Living in this apartment building has been an every day challenge for me. I am in the middle of buying a house; therefore, it doesn’t make sense for me to move. There are many reasons why someone should not live in this apartment building, but my #1 reason is the manager (Scott). He lives in the apartment building, and his job is to be rude and show his level of stupidity every time he sees a tenant. He also doesnt hide that he is racist. The apartment building has high turnover rate and it is clear to me why after living there for almost one year. No matter how many times we told him that he has no right to visit our apartment in our absence without giving us prior notice, he still feels free to to do so. For the last several days there is a roof construction that starts at 6:30 am and the noise is gone right before I go to work at 8:30 am. I can’t possibly mention every single thing that is wrong with this place, but if you have a little self-​respect, you will not consider this place for rental. Such a petty that it is a great and quiet location.
