I don’t write many reviews that aren’t food/drink related but Alonzo went so far above and beyond his written work agreement that I felt I had I absolutely had to let other Unilocalers know what an amazing work ethic he has. He went back through the attic and under the house FOUR TIMES after he had completed his original engagement work — without charging any additional cost. This level of extra effort and service is rare these days. If you are in need of pest control I cannot recommend him more highly.

Alonzo was referred to me by a friend. I usually only take referrals from friends because I believe word of mouth from a satisfied customer is the best advertisement that a business can have.
Alonzo is a consummate professional. He takes the time to explain his business and he also shows up on time ready to work! His reports are detailed and clearly written and he always willing to go the extra mile to help customer.
He helped me eradicate a particularly bad cockroach problem.
I like his three treatments plus a four month return guarantee. If a bug reappears within four months, he returns for free. That’s great customer service.
I would not hesitate to recommend Alonzo highly.
