Mary at this location is so awesome. Last week I needed help replacing a watch strap, and she helped me no problem. Then today as I was shopping in the mall, I realized my seconds hand on my original boyfriend watch just stopped functioning even though my battery was almost brand new. Mary simply replaced my entire watch for me and let me know it was covered under my 11 year warranty. Normally this location doesn’t have awesome costumer service, but Mary has been consistently awesome and very sweet. Thanks Mary!!!

Just had the most amazing visit at this Fossil store. I have been shopping at Fossil since 2000 back when I was in high school and first started buying Jewlery. Been to so many of their locations and outlets. Love Fossil. Mary and Rose just made my day so amazing. Mary helped me with a watch repair while Rose helped me with two different battery replacements. They both were so nice and so happy to help me. Such an amazing customer service experience. Thankyou! I will be back soon!!!

Been here a few times, and always love the service, quality, and selection. My most recent visit was for a laptop/tablet case, and the sales person really listened to what I wanted, then handed me a bag I fell in love with. Now months later, I still know it was the perfect choice in both quality/fit and looking great(I *hate* ugly black nylon laptop bags). The prices are a little high, but you’re getting exceptional quality to go with it. I think it’s worth it. All of my Fossil products have been long-lived and looked good the whole time. Service is always friendly. If you ask for something specific, they will help and do a good job of it. If you say you want to just browse, they leave you alone to do so but remain available.

Fossil’s selection is great, but their customer service is even better! I’ve always been happy with Fossil watches in the past, and was happy to get two as a gift this past Christmas. I took them in to the Arrowhead store(where they were purchased) to have them re-sized. The store was busy with after-holiday customers, but there seemed to be an adequate number of salespersons to assist everyone. No one looked stressed or rushed. After a short wait, I was helped by a salesperson who did not rush me, despite the fact that I was clearly not there to make a purchase. Just last week, I took one of my watches back in because the band had broken. It looked like a pin had come out of one of the links. They said if you bring a watch back within 90 days of purchase, they can replace it for free. When I told them that it was a Christmas gift and past the 90 days, they didn’t give me the shove off. Instead, they politely asked if I still had the leftover links from when I had the watch sized. If so, they could fix it right there. I told them that we are in the middle of moving, and while I do have the links, they are packed in a box and it will be a couple more weeks until I can get them. They were extremely polite, and never rude or hasty, as I’ve experienced at other retailers when returning an item. And I was prepared to leave and return another day when the salesperson told the manager my story. The manager immediately asked for the watch and said she’ll save me the hassle. She then surprised me by giving me a replacement and sizing it again for me! You cannot beat customer service like that! I definitely recommend this Fossil store to all my friends, and plan on returning to make a few other purchases. Thanks, Fossil!
