Here’s the skinny on the 2 start rating… we go in to check out a game for our daughter. Staff is usually tucked in behind the counter and will answer questions when asked, but don’t come out from behind the barrier unless the customer makes the move first. When I go in this particular time, the lady working in the front is asked a question by the customer, I’m watching since I love to people watch anyway, and the second he turns his head, she’s rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. He’s just curious as to why the price on one of their bundles is higher in the store than the listed price on their website. As she’s checking the website on their page, she continues to roll her eyes and huff and puff and then finally moves quickly to the customer, «Yup, you’re right… I’ll be right back with that bundle.» and goes the the back. The guy is like, «I didn’t say I wanted it, I was just pricing it out.» It’s like, take a minute and«LISTENTOTHECUSTOMER» to find out what it is they want and verify they want it before storming off to the back to get the product. Don’t make me think that my visit to the location which employs you is an inconvenience for you because, well, if it wasn’t for people like me and that guy, you wouldn’t have a job. Period.
