Alright, I admit it ~ Guilty as charged… I’m a gamer~girl nerd but hey, it’s my ‘Occasional’ therapy & @ least I can still distinguish virtual from reality. This is similar 2 a Zia Record Exchange concept, but 4 all video gamer gear(ur choice of Brand New or Gently Used priced accordingly) consoles, accessories, live memberships & all gaming rel8ed items. Having the Amazing Return/Exchange Policy they do, also gives nice assurance just in case something doesn’t work out, isn’t compatible or not liked 2 the degree expected.(I’ve never had 2 use it tho) Not completely sure, but I believe this is where the closed loc8ion that used 2 b on 35th ave/Bethany Home next 2 StarF*cks moved 2. I’ve been here a handful of Xs & have never left disappointed. I’ve traded in old, outd8ed/no longer used consoles 4 store credit toward other games, new controllers etc(& it’s also nice 2 know I’m not contributing 2 harming Mother Earth, as it doesn’t end up in a landfill somewhere). I’ve also been here on a l8 night 4 special pre~releases(Halo Reach & Halo 4) & must say it went surprisingly smoother/painless than the havoc previously experienced @ Best Buy 4 these kind of events. See? Bigger is NOT always Better! In fact, most Xs I prefer the smaller scale as I can get the Same things while Treated Far Better w/More Consumer Oriented Service! I’ve found that Most bigger places usually get 2 big 4 their britches & I’m pretty adamant about spending my hard~earned $$ where it’s @ least appreci8ed(not @ the 1s who need reminders about who helped them get 2 where they r & still don’t care or show much concern when they lose business as they get enough regardless). Part of why Unilocal is such a good thing as customer’s experiences(good or bad) can really impact a biz… or make it completely lack~there~of. Last time I was here, I needed 2 get another XBOX Live Gold Membership card as my current 1 was expiring soon & the guy managing the store was so accomod8ingly helpful that I ended up leaving the store w/a new game & another card gift pack 4 an friend’s son as a B~day gift. Had my experience been less I would’ve only gotten my card renewal, so Major props 2 the guy manning the store(not sure if he was a manager or not) but was on~the~ball like a Gr81! Didn’t get his name but will b sure 2 on a future visit, which has Everything 2 do w/the #1derful service he provided & also far exceeded other so~called nicer loc8ions btw. I’ll brave/ignore the crappy parking lot any day 4 establishments that provide Stellar service such as this place!
