under the direction of my daughters doctor, two test were scheduled to be preformed on 7/15, before 12 noon. Never having been there before, we were very impressed with the entire facility, the two areas were the tests were preformed and the staff who assisted. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Beverly in the ultrasound, basement level, physcians building, was so helpful and just all around great. She went out of her way to call the MD office and was so very nice. The receptionist at the ultrasound area in the basement/main hospital was also very very nice. Also, outside beverly’s area, we wanted to get a water at the vending machine, with no cash and not able to use an atm card at the machine, this really nice hospital worker in scrubs overheard us and offered my daughter two dollars so she could get her water. Talk about helpful, sorry i didn’t get his name, i guess i /we were just so overwhelmed with all the great employees. I worked at a nearby medical center in Burbank for over 18 years, i know how important it is to make our visitors/patients feel good and less stress, it is the reason we exist. Kudos to Glendale Adventist Medical Center employees, THANKYOU!

My employer used this facility for a pre-employment drug test. The facility has ample parking in the back, a large selection of current magazines and an efficient staff. I was processed very quickly and was in and out within 25 minutes. If you are going for testing here’s some tips — just bring your ID and paperwork. You are required to empty your pockets and lock them in a small box. Make it easy on yourself and the staff and only bring in what you need! Easy process — exactly like it should be!

I came in here for a drug test and it was definitely a memorable experience. First of all, the wait was unnecessarily long. I think I sat there for about 45 minutes, waited for everyone after me to get called in, before they said my name. They were very strict about the test. I had to leave my bag in the room which I was not too happy about. They guy stood next to my door as I peed in a cup and would not let me flush. Maybe this is standard procedure, I don’t know, but it was freaky.
