Excellent Gyro and very good fries. The portion sizes are large, so unless you are really hungry I recommend the mini-gyro. The staff was not very friendly or helpful unfortunately and hardly anyone behind the counter spoke English. We were not given any instructions about waiting for our food, what to expect– basically just a receipt. The dining room was not filthy but the tables could have been cleaner. Overall, the good food was worth the visit if you’re into gyros. Almost as good as Oakland Gyros.

Workers couldn’t control customers. Too loud. Out of control. This is not how a restaurant should be. Last time coming here.

Great food and great price! I have yet to be disappointed when I come in. I like to call my order in and it’s ready once I get there. Can’t go wrong with a gyro!

Nothing like lamb meat all shredded up on a pita, I prefer at least 1 cup measurement of cucumber sauce to accompany my meal. If you’ve got a problem with that I don’t care.

I liked the gyros and everyone with me enjoyed their food. It’s not gourmet its like being in Chicago except no one was shooting at me.

I was in the area today and needed lunch and Unilocal told me that Gyro Palace was nearby… let’s be honest, who doesn’t like a gyro? So I stopped in and was pretty happy with what GP is serving up. I’d say overall they’re pretty comparable to Oakland Gyros in terms of price, portions and menu offerings. My gyro was VERY large and less greasy than OG, which made me happy. I always appreciate the squeeze bottle of tzatziki because I am a zealous tzatziki-er when given the opportunity. The place is clean, the service was really fast and the prices were reasonable. Personally, I think Cosmos makes the best gyro in town(because they crisp the meat a little on the flattop) but Gyro Palace is right up there. Also, now I have gyro breath…

I’m a regular customer and a fan of this restaurant. Orders are always made fresh. Service is always friendly. I’ve found the servings to be generous and quality to be very good. I always get the gyro dinner with a salad. My wife has had chicken, and most recently the spinach pie. We recommend each of these. Most people are familiar with menus and food at Gyro restaurants. This one has consistently delivered good quality and good service.

Awesome place and fortunate to live so close. Affordable and very good. I usually get deluxe gyro and my wife gets the falafel wrap. The gyro lasts me two more meals and I’m a big eater.

Consistently fresh, fast, friendly & a great value. Gyro Palace is my usual Sunday night stop for a Greek feast. I use feast because the Gyro plate yields 2 – 3 meals. Extra Pitas are a must considering the vast amount of meat provided. The plate comes with 1 single Pita, I order 3 extra & find myself stuffing the four pitas to maximum capacity. The Gyro plate comes with a side, I stick with the French Fries or a Greek Salad. Tip: ask for the side to be packaged in a separate container. Or, they pile the stack of meat on top of your side order. Sunday evening at 5PM, I found 3 tables of patrons dining in & a couple other people waiting for to-go orders. Still, I was out within 5 minutes after ordering. The food is always good & service is consistent. I will be back time & time again!

Not having eaten out since last Saturday at RBG and heading for Thanksgiving in Illinois tomorrow, my wife suggested it was time to update Gyro Palace. She had a taste for a Gyro and that was fine with me. Located just a mile away, I still had not been back since my May review in which Gyro Palace bested its competition. How would it do tonight? With my car keys in one hand and my Entertainment Book coupon in my right pocket, I headed over to find out. I ordered two Gyro sandwiches($ 5.89 each), one with everything for my wife and the other plain, just the meat and pita bread for one guess who? I also added a large order ($ 1.79) of french fries. When my number was called and I went to pickup the large bag to go, it felt like I might need two hands, was this my order? Arriving home both sandwiches were huge and the large fries lived up to its simple name. As for the Gyros, just like last time: hot, piled high and most important, delicious! If fact this time we had enough meat to make a third sandwich for later. My stomach says thank you Gyro Palace, you still live up to your name!

This place was much better than I was expecting! My bf had the gyro sandwich and it was piled high and very delicious. I got the falafel sandwich. The falafel was pretty small and didn’t come with hummus, but it was loaded with tomatoes and cucumbers and lettuce. we did the combos and the fries were awesome. The tzatziki was delicious. Definitely worth a try!

There are a lot of different things on the menu but I go here just for the gyros. They are large, greasy and totally yummy. They really stack the meat on these gyros so I always ask for an extra pita bread to split up the sandwich. Why try to eat one sandwich(which you’re not going to finish) when you can have one now and save one for later?

I live in Whitefish Bay and used to occasionally take the trip to Oakland Gyros for my Gyro fix. Not anymore. Gyro Palace is just as good and it’s closer, cleaner, and void of drunk college kids… and you can walk across the street to Kopps for desert!

One of my favorites for a good gyro. Love that they give you your own bottle of sauce so you can drench your meat… If you want! Good fries too.

Gyro plate prices jumped up to 8.99 and an extra pita sets you back 1.29 now.

Tried this place which is owned by the same people who own the one on south 2nd street in Walkers Point, Wisconsin. Same restaurant layout but this time the Gyro was served on a smaller pita and it just was way too small for the amount of stuff in the Gyro. I had to fight with the plastic basket and wax paper liner to get to the Gyro. It tasted OK, but was frustrating to eat and to hold it. For the price($ 9.00) I thought it could have been a bit better. Not going to be a place that I stop by regularly.

Stopped in for early dinner take out ordering 3 gyro with fries.19.68 tax included. Restaurant looked neat clean and well decorated. Staff were polite and servings were Greek style= generous. Enough to satisfy 1 Greek guy or 3 other regular people. Tzsatziki sauce is always on the side. Onions and fresh tomatoes were balanced to add sweet zing to the meal. They have a buy ten gyro special stamp program to get the 11th one free. I’ll be back for more.
