The front desk staff is the worst there is out there. My mother, who recently suffered a heart attack, sat in the waiting room for over three hours waiting to see the doctor. The staff ignored her presence, they spoke unkindly to her and were down right rude. She cried for several hours after her appointment because of how inconsiderate they were to her.
The doctor, was friendly and helpful. Too bad he has a staff full of nit wits and witches.

This office is a trash, avoid going there. The front desk people are uneducated and they barely understand the meaning of being friendly. They don’t have work ethics they just give you appointments during the time that the doctor is not in the office and they never bother themselves to call you and inform you that the doc is not there. They are rude and irresponsible people. If you really value yourself and your time just change your doctor. Don’t let this people to benefit from you cause they are not worth it.

I am going to give you all the bad before I give your all the good.
Yes, this office is EXTREMELY busy… probably top 5 busiest in Glendale. Getting in and out usually takes 2 – 3 hours. However, there is reason for this and it is due to Dr. Khatchtourian’s knowledge of medicine and his caring heart.
This doctor takes his time to speak to his patients so that he can correctly diagnose and treat them. Having decades of experience and an open mind to go against the status quo ensures that his patient’s get fantastic care.
He is somewhat reserved in writing prescriptions as he believes a patient should try natural or home remedies prior to resorting to medication.
He doesn’t give pharmaceutical reps the time of day or get swayed by the strong arm tactics of insurance companies. Another words, for him, practicing medicine is a privilege and a honor since he believes the ultimate reward is to correctly diagnose and treat patients.
In fact, we was recently chosen, by the Glendale News Press, as the best doctor in Glendale for 2013.
