I would give this place zero stars if possible. You will see the details from my initial post, so I won’t belabor those points any longer, but I am saddened with the other reviews that my incident is just business as usual for this unethical owner named Franke. Beware of what you buy from this establishment… you have been warned!

Frankie belongs in prison. This is a con man psychopath who will rip you off with no remorse. I had to take the police with me to coerce this criminal into giving me a refund. By the time you sue him, his store will be closed and he will be back in the Middle East. Steer clear!!!

The owner is a knock off if u ever see ur order BAD business man! I’ve never seen a con like this in real life. How did I get suckered ?! Well, I paid cash for a sofa that he never built, delivered then claimed he dropped it. This was over a course of a few months. I had to threaten legal action to get my $ back since the sofa was nowhere in site. PLEASE save yourself the heartache that this mean man will give u! You’ve been warned!

DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR! NO MATTER WHAT YOU SEE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT OR ANY FUTURE BUSINESS INVOLVING THIS MANAGER! No other way to say it this guy is dishonest. He promised to build us a leather sectional for $ 5000.00. The sectional he delivered weeks late, after Christmas and New Years when we needed the furniture, we rejected because it was not leather. He is now going out of business and refuses to return our $ 5,000.00. To me this is criminal.

I stopped in this store today looking for a new sofa. I asked about construction of one in particular… the materials used, etc. The owner (I assume) gave me the normal list of things you’d want to hear if you were purchasing a high end sofa. Then he told me they constructed all of the furniture themselves… that other stores are selling copies of their design using cheap materials. He told me there was a 30 year guarantee on this sofa. 30 years seemed like a pretty extensive guarantee for a small business to give. So, I asked about how long they’d been in business and asked him to clarify who was backing the guarantee. He said «I do!» Then he became pretty agitated and started saying I was very negative and asked if I could guarantee the world would not blow up tomorrow. It was strange. I left knowing I would not purchase anything from this store. Turns out… the exact sofa is listed on craigslist at this very moment for sale by another company for half the price! So… I’m not sure this guys sales pitch was exactly truthful. Maybe I had a one off experience here… but do your research before buying.

Horrible customer service and lack of communication regarding delivery of furniture. The product is quality however the delivery process was lengthy and frustrating; it was delivered nearly 7 hours after the delivery window. For the amount of money I spent and given the price of most of the items in the store, I expected top-​notch service. I couldn’t be more disappointed.

There used to be another set of reviews for this location but apparently Unilocal deleted them. This place is so terrible I couldn’t help but come back and see how many other negative reviews they received. The owners were also creating fake positive reviews on Unilocal,so perhaps that is why it was taken down.
