Hugo Boss

My fiancé bought his suit for the wedding at this Hugo Boss last week– and Edgar and Luigi helped us with finding the perfect fit. What’s even better was that they helped me get the suit altered quickly (and discretely) so that my fiancé could wear it the very same weekend for his surprise bachelor party. They played along perfectly and it all went according to plan. Next time you need help in there– ask for one of these two gentlemen– they are friendly and professional and will make sure you are happy with your beautiful suit!

I like Hugo Boss clothes… I went today to the Glendale gallery, went inside the store… three guys were talking among themselves… they all ignored my presence… not one welcome word, nothing of all … Owners be aware, this is not service you want to give… I will keep buying Hugo Boss… not at his store

Totally disappointed in Hugo Boss’s quality in their watches and their warranty… go to Thailand, barely dipped in the ocean on the beach and watch fogged up and died… got back to U.S. and send to their warranty dept at Parsecent and they said they will not warranty it when I have had the watch less then 2 years and never opened up the watch as they claim the watch was, thus water got into the body and/​or was due to the humid weather… REALLY? They said the humid weather will cause watch to fog up and die in what is suppose to be a Hugo Boss quality brand, are you serious? 533.26 down the toilet!!! And want another 400.00 or so to fix it… What a JOKE of a watch they make!
Have a Tag watch and others and have gone swimming, snorkling and etc. and never have an issue with it at all… I was a HUGE Hugo Boss fan up to now, terrible service and terrible product here! So disappointed and frustrated!!! Sigh…

I love Hugo Boss clothes, but the experience at this store was baffling. The service was horrible. I was attempting to exchange a gift (with a receipt) and was told that since this was a franchise store that the merchandise was from another store they couldn’t accept the exchange. How is this possible? After arguing the fact, one employee attempted to help, but another persisted it was not possible. She told me to go to Beverly Center or Topanga. This trip was a complete waste of my time.
I know one thing, I will never shop at this location again!

Out of all Hugo Boss stores this one is my favorite!
So after a tough Black Friday of trying to hunt down their «Alemo» Jacket, my boyfriend and I had the «joy» of visiting and calling multiple Hugo Boss stores. It turns out they’re sold out all over the country :/​
I had actually started looking 3 days before Black Friday and was helped by the store manager Megan Sadr! She also helped me after Black Friday during our last minute shopping! From beginning to end she was just so sweet and helpful! Good customer service from a high quality store is so hard to come by!!! Many of the other stores I had interactions with were just plain olé snoody but Megan was very warm and welcoming, she definitely goes out of her way for the customer!
What I love about Hugo Boss is the clothes is the quality! They offer suits tailored to fit their customer for free so the outfit is sharp! The also offer complimentary beverages while you wait. The wardrobe consultant, Edgar, is alwasy very professional and helpful when fitting my boyfriend.
Had a great experience here and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

It took me years to break the habit of buying clothes that no one has worn before – and even after I stopped buying clothes at Desert Industries, Savers or SA it took another few years for me to even venture outside of an Army Surplus store. But times change, hard work finally pays off, opinions evolve and – most importantly – Christmas parties at law offices require attire beyond anything I currently own.
I’m sure the other Boss stores in LA are swankier, but I imagine they carry the same gear. The guy who helped me (Miguel) was unpretentious, efficient and polite.
(Minus one star, though, because alterations to a suit are normally included, but when there is a sale they charge for ‘em…negating about half the savings.)
