Juramento Flamenco

I saw the instructors performing at the Ford theater two weeks ago and Took my first classes last week. I can’t rave enough about this place! The instruction was great and the instructors are very passionate! Will definitely be taking more classes soon!

I had been wanting to take Flamenco Classes for as long as I can remember but had not had the opportunity. I am so excited about the class that I am taking with Alexandra. She is amazingly talented as a performer and passionate about her teaching. She challenges you as a dancer and that is what I need. I am still in the early stages but because of her I am feeling even more passionately about the art then when I started.

This couple was very arrogant in their teaching. Worse? They had no clue how to teach (I’ve had many years of experience as a dance student, trust me). They also lack the good kind of patience and show very little interest in what you, as the student, had to learn. It’s just a job to them. Just arrogant all around.
I found an EXCELLENT teacher in North Hollywood. MUCH better. Superb actually. A true teacher and she’s far more experienced than these two put together. She also shows interest in her students and her passion for the art is impressive. I left her name out of this review, out of respect for Juramento Flamenco.
This place is okay for a class or two to get a taste of flamenco, but if you want a TRUE school, this is DEFINITELY not the place.
