Mail Boxes Etc

At the end of the day, if you have a Post-​Office box and the mail arrives and you can get in at all hours than this MailBox, etc. hits the minimum requirement of what you ask for and there’s nothing to complain about too seriously.
However, I do sometimes wonder how a little place like this stays in business. The floor is always messy, the various people who work there are sometimes friendly and sometimes aren’t. None of the printers work consistently and as of last check they had removed all but one. They’ve got random merchandise like computer «help» sheets that are 7 years old and even their packaging materials are haphazardly placed around the store and they don’t have very many of them. Plus they add a surcharge if you buy stamps there — which maybe is standard practice for places like this I don’t know.
So if you need a post office box with a street address this place is fine but it would be nice if they put just a little bit of effort to make the place neater and not so junky.

They are big fat liars. I needed a package to be fedex overnight, and the woman said it would go out in the morning. When I tried the tracking number the next day at 2pm it was not in the system.
When I called the store the guy said the package was still there and that it won’t go out until 5pm. If I knew that I would of went to a drop box instead.
Don’t do business with these amateurs!
