McDonald’s

This McDonald’s is the cleanest I have EVER experienced!!! Usually my kid is filthy within five nano seconds of playing in a McDonald’s play place. In fact, I’ll be honest, I did not give my kid a bath last night because I made a plan to meet up with a friend at McDonald’s this morning. I said to myself, «Why bother when I know he will be filthy disgustingly dirty within seconds of playing at McDonald’s tomorrow morning?»
This was my first experience at this particular McDonald’s. Well, I will drive out of my way, through the mountains and over the hills (literally due to its location) to get to THIS McDonald’s EVERY single time!!! Kudos to the owner!!! I will be contacting corporate tomorrow to let them know that not only did I notice, I appreciate this owner’s pride of ownership!!!
The employees were friendly, efficient and they even cleaned the tables, swept and MOPPED the floors during our visit! What??? Is this a Candid Camera moment to catch the shock on my face… or is it the Twilight Zone? Nope, I pinched myself and I felt the pinch (OUCH!!). I wasn’t having a nice clean dream, I was at the McDonald’s located at 3848 W. Pinnacle Peak Road!!!

Almost always screw up my order and the food quality is poor. Typically fry’s are cold and or soggy. The outside of the soft drink cups are always dripping wet because they don’t wipe them off. I typically get one napkin with my order and have to beg for ketchup/​catsup. They won’t give you any unless you ask. The one thing that drove me away for good was when several weeks ago their water was shutoff as were some other businesses in the area. I was in the Four Brothers gas station a few doors down and noticed McDonalds employees asking for buckets of water? They said the owners wouldn’t let them shut the store down. How were they washing their hands or cleaning… pretty gross!

I never thought I’d be reviewing a McDonald’s, because I do not support McDonald’s and am ashamed of myself every time I go, but I just have to say… I have been going to this McDonald’s since it was first built. While their inside is pretty clean and nicely renovated, I never go inside, so my review is in regards to their drive through. I would say that 9 out of the 10 times that I go there, they mess up my order. I have just grown to expect that I won’t get what I ordered. Ask for grilled chicken? You’ll get crispy. Ask for coffee with no sugar? It will be sweet as hell. Oh, and also, over the past couple of months I have noticed that they NEVER fill up their fries all the way anymore! Good grief.

One of the cleanest kids play places I’ve been to. Great clean overall restraint! Good service and fast! Close to wet n wild!

As we all know… McDonald food is same everywhere… you want a Big Mac… You can go to a number of locations in a 5 mile radius. What you hope for is decent service at least great service at best. Going thru the drive thru at this location was an altogether low in customer service… or for my experience and expectations. I order… Easy enough… Get to the window to pay and the lady (Not a teenager or I would t be quite as critical) was yelling something in a joking way at another worker… I had to wait a couple of minutes before she took my money… She never told me the total… She did not tell me how much change was (what happened to counting back the change?) she just handed me waded up money. The entire time she was laughing and yelling at a co worker! Next time I want to take my 4 grand kids for burgers we go to Burger King!!!

Great place to take the kids to let them drain their energy! This location seems to be recently remodeled. Staff are for friendly and seem very experienced. The place is very clean and I have never notice the trash ever too full here.

Review for breakfast visits, both dine in and drive through. Food quality is on par with other McDonalds but sometimes things can take a long time here, even if they aren’t very busy. I’m not sure why. Interior space is cramped too after they remodeled, or at least it certainly feels that way. Location is easy to spot though on the north side of the street, near the Adobe Dam golf course.
