Mike’s Warranty was contracted by Sensible Home Warranty to complete a repair on March 27, 2014 for a defective Kitchen-Aid Range. It took MW three week’s to visit the home to diagnose the problem, another three weeks to order parts and then schedule a re-visit. During the in-home repair, the technician stated he could not complete the repair and that he would need to remove the range from my premises and replace the parts at their facility. They left behind a loaner range and stated they would have the Kitchen-Aid range repaired in a few days. Two month’s later I still do not have my range and now that Sensible Home Warranty is defunct, MW is telling me I owe him for those repairs, or he I can keep his dirty loaner and he will«sell the Kitchen Aid Range because it is worth more money.» I believe Mike’s Workshop has deceitful business practices as numerous messages to speak to management were never returned. I then find out during my phone call on 5÷27÷2014 after speaking to Mike that I had spoken to the owner the«11 times» however Mike simply didn’t tell me it was he who I was speaking to when I asked to speak to a manager.

Had them come out twice to look at my refigerator that has been acting. The techinician Scott was very helpful and didn’t try to fix something that«may» have been the problem just to make money. I would highly reccommend and will ALWAYS call them first when a repair in needed!
