I love these folks. I have been going here for years now. Always nice. Always courteous. Do great alterations. On the rare occasion that something hasn’t gone right they have promptly gone out of their way to fix it. At no extra charge. Even after moving to another neighborhood and trying other cleaners closer to my new house I’ve gone back to these folks as their customer service is the best.

I Would AVOID this laundry. We have been loyal customers and have spent thousands over the years. Lost silk bedsheets and pillow cases, keeps insisting it was with batch picked up and it’s not. Manager says can’t do anything sorry. Well I filed a complaint with the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and credit card company. These types of businesses that are not accountable should not exist. Picture is part of the set that was not cleaned for proof.

too expensive for low quality service, $ 49.99 for 2 dresses and 3 jackets? are you kidding me? when I asked from the guy who always on his macbook, he said it is what it is! I am not going to give them business, also I will tell everyone to do not do business with them.

They just ruined my husband’s Armani tie… fabric was puckered. Did not go in looking like this… Looked new as it was barely worn. Worst part was that they didn’t care… Said I needed to accept it as is… the owner was within five feet and wouldn’t even acknowledge me or explain what could have happened. We were regular customers, but will not return now!

I am thoroughly impressed with this place.
I brought my down comforter in to get dry cleaned after 2.25 said they only launder comforters and will not dry clean it. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and the lady said it will be ready by Friday. My car ended up going into the shop so I couldn’t pick it until the following Friday. I called and let them know I wouldn’t be able to pick it and the gentleman on the phone said no worries I could keep it there as long as I needed to. When I finally went in on that following Friday I was only charged $ 32 and when I dropped it off I was quoted $ 35. They didn’t even charge me a fee for keeping it there for a week!
I have some clothes that need to be dry cleaned and another blanket that needs to be laundered and I will definately be bringing all my future business here.
