New Bath

Horrible unprofessional. Jeremy was schedule to come out for a in home estimate for a master bathroom remodel and new granite counter tops for both bathrooms. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. Spent an hour calling to finally get a call from Jeremy to find out he thought the appointment was at a different time and would no longer be able to come out. Reschedule for another appointment. The morning of the 2^nd appoint Jeremy texted asking if he could push the time to later in the day due to a conflict. Reluctantly I agreed. He then texted me later saying he finished his first job and would be able to come at the original. I had shifted my work around so i could accommodate the time he would be available. A note not was left on the door saying sorry he miss me. I tried contacting him to see if he would still be coming back out our SCHEDULED time with no answer. Spent another hour again trying to get a hold of him to only find out he had an appointment somewhere else and want to reschedule. Needless to say i did not schedule a followup appointment. I felt like they didn’t even care to try to get my business and was very unprofessional

Jeremy came out to give us an estimate on the cost for the tub removal and stall shower remodel. He arrived on time and explained everything to the last detail. Jeff the install came and was excellent, cleaning as he went answering all our questions. Called Jonathan S later because they had to make a change in the s cut shower door. They gave us a refund for the difference in cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Michael and Brenda H.

I had a very positive experience with this company. Jeremy came out and we put together a plan within my budget. The installer came on time and cleaned up after himself each day. The final product looks amazing and I am extremely pleased. My only neutral comment is when I was setting up the initial consult I had to call multiple times before I got a call back.

I asked for a free in home estimate. About 3 hours before the scheduled appointment, I was contacted and asked if my husband would be home. I said no that I would be in charge of the bath remodel and review with him later. I was told that I would only give my husband the price, not review the product. Was told they would not come over unless both of us present. I said other companies would — response was «only reputable companies» operate as they do. New Bath was argumentative, spoke over me, refused to budge. I reiterated that I had other reputable companies including one the owner previously worked for (Rebath) offer an estimate without husband present. Classy Kitchen, XLT were 2 others who were quite gracious.
I really thought we had moved out of the 50’s a long time ago. I am quite capable of making decisions on my own. Would not recommend.
