The staff their is very friendly except this blond young lady. I come in I’m not greeted, not talked to, i asked how her day was and I was looked at like I was trying to hit on her, she’s rolled her eyes at me before, I ask a question about pre workout if you have any that has a thermogenic in it and she’s like I don’t know and doesn’t even check. The manager needs to sit back and reconstruct how the staff is doing when it comes to customer service. Besides having an issue every time I come in with this certain individual the rest of the staff is excellent.

First time here, it’s really good. I didn’t know what to try so I just got the nutritional shake in chocolate + fiber. Only negative is that there was a small puncture on the side of my cup which caused a mess in my car and on my hands until I saw it. will still go again though!

Definitely my favorite protein smoothie. The texture is phenomenal and the flavors are so abnormally delicious. I always get the peanut butter, strawberry, banana protein smoothie. It is definitely out of the ordinary.

They give great efficient service and the prices are reasonable. With a wide selection of supplements, this truly is a one stop shop. I highly recommend one of their freshly made protein drinks. A great place to visit before or after your workout. Or, stop here when you’re on the go for a quick healthy snack.

HANDS DOWN the greatest smoothie/​nutrition place out there. Dave and Jeff are the most experienced, smartest guys about their profession around. Been coming here since 2007 and I have never been treated better. I always make it a point to get a smoothie every day I am back in town from the Navy only to get treated with the BEST encounters regardless who is working.
If you live in the Phoenix-​Metro area, make this your stop for nutrtion and definitely the place to be treated exceptionally well. You will not be steered wrong!

The owners and staff are very educated In supplements. Their shakes for pre or post workout are a must! Try the butterfinger mass gainer or the piña colada slimmer. Two of my favorites.

Love this place! Jeff and Dave along with their staff seem to always make every experience a good one! They are very knowledgeable when it comes to their products and I always see results after following their advice! The smoothies are great but I suggest for those who lift to try their ISOPure products in the fridge, mmmm darn good.

I come here a lot to get my craving for smoothies satisfied. I love the post work-​out smoothie, and the meal replacement smoothies.
When I’m super busy and don’t have time for a meal, the meal replacement smoothie hits the spot, especially when I have them add in oats.
The prices for the smoothies are reasonable especially compared to other places, and their loyalty card has provided me several free smoothies.
The smoothies taste great — not too sweet. The texture is perfect, and very satisfying. This is my favorite smoothie place, and I love smoothies!

I’ve popped in here a few times when I forget to pack my shaker. You can get a prework out mix for under a few bucks. The staff is always polite and friendly. There is a pretty good selection of products to choose from. The inside is as clean as a room prepped for surgery. And they even take Discover! What more can you ask for?
Of course you can get a better price buying in bulk online. It costs money to pay staff, rent, electricity, insurance, business license, etc. I am happy they were here when I have needed them and would recommend their shop to anyone in the area.
