Walked by their store on 7÷31÷15 and was asked if I wanted a sample from one of their male employees. I kindly said«no thank you». He probably didn’t think I heard him say«Where are you from? Minnesota?» He needs to be taught customer service! I felt he was being. Smart !!!

Orogold is the biggest rip off out there. My friend and I both got hornswaggled by this place. They want to get everyone with there little free samples. I know they are in every mall all over the country. It is not a bad item. However, the price is ridiculous. We both bought an entire kit of items. For $ 400.00 each. That was the total for myself and $ 400.00 for my friend. However, the containers once you get them home have hardly anything in them. I never mind paying for good things. But, this is an absolute rip off. It is not a bad product. Just not worth the $$ you spend for what you get. I would never recommend this product for the what you pay,.

I’m not one to spend a lot of money on skin care. Too much smoke and mirrors, and false promises. This review is only partial at this point, as I haven’t gotten to continually try the product I bought yesterday. From what I can tell of the product so far is I like it. The moisturizer is absolutely silky and non greasy. It makes my skin feel wonderful. The peel seems to work as well, but I’ll need to try it longer. The reason for the two stars is the overbearing, pushy sales tactics of their sales staff. I’ve noticed their staff mostly approaches people who have shopping bags in their hands. Smart I suppose. I’ve been to the mall plenty of times and never been approached when not carrying anything. I spoke to a woman who showed me the products and told me they were priced at $ 128 a piece. When I repeatedly told her that was not doable, and asked for her card so I could come back, she proceeded to tell me she’d give me a great deal but I couldn’t tell anyone about it. She pulled out the calculator and gave me a number half the price. I agreed to buy the product, and she threw in a hand lotion for«free». Then she continued to try to sell me more. I repeatedly told her no, I couldn’t do it… And she actually said«I’m not even going to ask you.» and put the second product in my bag. I’m not going to blame anyone for ‘making’ me make the purchase, I’m the one that handed the woman my card, after all… But after reading some of these reviews I sure hope the product is worth it. This seems to be their common practice, and that is the thing that turned me off from ever going into one of their stores again. If I like the products, I’ll only be buying them online. I understand the sales game, but if I am paying that much for skin care I shouldn’t be made to feel uncomfortable when making the purchase. I detest over pushy sales people and that is the one thing that turned thus review from a 5 star to a 2 star review.

I visited the Orogold store at Arrowhead recently for some skincare for my girlfriend. I loved the products so much I ended up buying some products from the men’s line also. The staff there is super knowledge about everything skincare.
