Travelled 7 hours to have piriformis release surgery and hip arthoscopy. The staff at the hospital made my stay as comfortable as possible. They are extremely attentive, caring, and communicative. The food was really good — chicken noodle soup with real chicken chunks! The omelette was fluffy and filled with lots of goodies like ham and mushrooms. The food service was lightning fast too! Lots of «little extras» like a take home blanket, a reusable bag and plenty of any post surgery items. All 3 nurses I had after leaving surgery(Leslie, Lynn, and Jill) were top notch, as were the assistants. Super friendly, kind, and helpful. The pre-op time was too long, was told to be there at 8:30, but I wasn’t scheduled for surgery until 10:30, then didn’t actually get into surgery until 11. Even so, I was attended to frequently enough not to let the length of wait time get on my nerves. Overall, I would highly recommend this hospital.

The staff is amazing here… especially the pm secretary that works Wednesday through Friday. She’s always quick to lend assistance. I hope her supervisor reads this and gives her a raise!
