Pacific Park Library

great library but it’s next to a school. avoid coming here when school lets out (1:45pm-2:30pm) because there is absolutely NO parking and the people picking up their kids drive like maniacs. I had to park 2 blocks away and walk there (after circling the block a few times and finding nowhere else to park)

Don’t go here if you’re a college student looking to get quiet study
Do go here if you’re with children or are a child

Cute little library nestled between Edison elementary and the Recreation Center. Parking kindda sucks cause… there is none, but luckily wherever you park around the block you can cut through the school property to get to the library.
What attracted me to go to this library was their Armenian story time on Saturday @ 11am. Kristine was kind enough to read to my daughter and sing songs. She had a big bright smile on her face the entire time (even though my little one had moments of shyness and would look away). She also did arts & crafts and make a little fish.
My daughter submitted her list of 8 books that she read and Kristine gave her a Curious George book, a pencil, and a free ticket to Legoland. My daughter was head-​over-​heels. Next time we’ll explore the library more, but I really liked it.
