This was the first time I have hired anyone to do the extensive work I had done here. I made a few mistakes due to my inexperience. Avo and Caroline went above and beyond to take care of my concerns. They can be trusted to understand and to care tomake things awesome.

It was clear from the first time we sat with Avo, our kitchen specialist, what we were getting ourselves into. I really appreciated the time he took into explaining exactly what we should expect from this remodeling process. Introducing his team that helps create the magic — design specialist to project manager to installation teams. From our first meeting to the finished installation, we are impressed with their team and our experience was outstanding. I want to highlight our experience with our project manager, Caroline. She coordinated and worked with us on scheduling everything out. She really de-stressed the whole experience with constant communication. The installers are skilled in their craft and were very clean and considerate of our space. Overall they stayed true to deadlines, opened up lines of consistent communication, wonderful customer service, answered all questions and concerns, and were great team to work with on a large scale project. We’re incredibly happy with the finished results! We’re completely satisfied with our kitchen, it was a gorgeous transformation! Thank you for helping us create this beautiful space in our home.

If you don’t like high-pressure sales type people coming to your house, then look somewhere else. A few things that bothered me: I made an appointment on the phone for a 2 hour time window. The day before the appointment, they called me and had the wrong time written down, said they’d call me back but never did. I thought it wasn’t going to happen until the sales guy coming called me 30 minutes before coming. I was on the road and had to come back, but whatever, no big deal. I didn’t end up using them to remodel our kitchen because I didn’t like the way the sales guy who came to my house was trying to pressure me to commit using them. He wanted me to make a decision right there and then. It was like being at a car dealership. The special on the 10×10 ft kitchen remodel price is misleading. We have a galley kitchen that’s 16×6 or so, and they said it would cost me 1.6x times the price, because the length of the longest wall is 1.6 times longer than 10 feet, even though the width is under 10 feet and I didn’t need any work done for half of one of the walls. I had assumed the 10×10 would mean the price is based on a kitchen that’s 100 square feet. I asked for a written estimate of the work, and he just wrote a price on the back of his business card. Real professional. They say they have a great reputation both on Unilocal and Angie’s List, except they refer to the company that owns them, Carpet Wagon, and not Payless Kitchen Cabinets themselves. I have an Angie’s List membership and they have zero ratings on there.

The Payless Kitchen Cabinets team has done three remodeling jobs on our 25 year old home. Major kitchen and master bathroom remodel, and hardwood floor and installation for 2 bedrooms. Simply stating, they did a fantastic job. Our project manager Carlos is thoughtful, creative, and aims for the best solution to any problem. Their pricing is competitive and there are no major surprises when it comes to the end. We had a great experience overall and recommend them to anyone.

You need to have a MINUS five stars for«Otto» and his lousy company. My daughter who lives a bit outside of the usual area, called his co. because HISADSTATES: all the places he will go to do business. When the appointment was set, the co. clearly stated that Aguanga/Temecula was fine. Then on the day of the appointment, about an hour before that«2 hour window,» Otto called to ask questions. At that we determined that he was not coming out as he was«still in L A.» He claimed to be the owner. I called him directly and he refused to give his last name. By the way, the licensing board will give it out. Nothing worse than a company where the owner doesn’t want you to know his last name. I told him maybe that was because he had none. I also filed a complaint with J. Bluestein who oversees what is outlined in L A Times display advertising conditions. I went on their FB page to slam them there, too. I will go to every social networking site I can to make this guy stop his fraudulent way of getting business. Whatever country he is from he needs to learn that his crap won’t work in the U.S. That lady who is from Laguna Niguel and said she was«a bit far out» is a bit off the mark. Laguna Niguel is a thriving south Orange County community and is accessible to everything(Fwys, and so many areas.). In any case her review is RIGHTON. I wouldn’t do business with this butthead if they were paying ME.
