I have super happy with my previous visit to the Pearson Eye Group! I am a first time patient with then and they were all so helpful and full of knowledge. Dr. Pearson is great and really walks you through the whole process. I felt like I knew exactly what was going on the whole time, I didn’t feel like I was just being pushed into things for a sale.

Dr. Reyes develops a good rapport with her patients, gives good explanations, Rx was almost the same as last year so didn’t need new glasses this time around.

Great staff! Dr. Reyes was friendly, thorough, and made this the easiest trip to the optometrist I have ever had! The front desk staff found insurance coverage for me that I didn’t know I could get that saved me money. Overall I’m very happy with my decision to go to this office and highly recommend them.

Total ripoff! The eye doctor was excellent, efficient and Knowledgeable. The glasses selection process is a scam. I picked out some frames and was quoted a price of $ 550! After insurance it was $ 510! Really? Frames were $ 210 retail minus $ 60 and 20% off the balance with Eyemed plan. That right there is a $ 90 discount. I won’t even go into the rest. The glasses should have been around $ 300 tops. Incompetent or dishonest? I don’t know. Beware and stay away.

My husband and I recently visited the Pearson Eyecare Group at the Arrowhead mall location and we both had a positive experience. Everyone was friendly and the staff was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure for the extra eye examinations over and above a regular exam for new glasses but there suggestions to have it done were appreciated. They took the time to explain everything in detail and didn’t assembly line us in and out. Great service!

Excellent doctor and the medical staff. The young lady that performed some of eye testing before seeing the doctor was so sweet and nice not to add knowledgable! The Lenscrafter eye staff, however, needs much improvement. When I called at work and asked if my glasses were in I was told no, however, when I got home that evening I had a message left prior to my call indicating they were in. Very frustrating, because the glasses were indeed in and I could have picked them up earlier!

From the time I scheduled an appointment until the time my examination was over, I had a great experience with Pearson Eyecare. I was especially impressed when the receptionist took the extra time to see if my insurance would cover an exam. This saved me a lot. The prescreening with Arnold was great and Dr. Reyes took the time to really examine my eyes.

I have been seeing Dr. Reyes at the Arrowhead location for at least 7 years and will be a patient for as long as I live. Not only does she take the time to carefully inspect all aspects of my eyes and vision she helped me when I lost vision in one of my eyes. The vision would come and go and after visiting several national well known vision specialists with rather disappointing results only Dr. Reyes provided the correct diagnosis and referred me to a correct specialist.

Dr. Blank took all the time necessary to make sure my prescription was right on the money. I’ve not had an optometrist spend as much time or appear to care as much. Really excellent experience — and same day appointment, which was very helpful.
