Dr. Perez is the best he been treating my mom for breast cancer and he’s been so great to her they staff are also the best

Glendale Memorial Hospital: These drs. performed a laprascopic colon surgery on my brother for removal of diverticulitis areas in 2010. They stitched him up instead of stapling him. The stitches leaked. My brother had peritonitis now and was going septic. The drs would not take any responsibility for their fubard surgery. My brother was worse now than when he went in. He was intubated for nearly a month. Went home finally with a bag. Suffered through these incompetents until he got strong enough to see a Dr, at Verdugo Hills. Finally he got rid of the bag and was stitched up properly. However he was out of work for 1 yr and when he went back they said his job was eliminated. This caused a lot of stress on him. He also had galstones which he did not want operated on because he did not want any more surgeries.
My brother died in November 2013. Not from an infection, not the diverticulitis, but from a heart attack at 53. He had been so butchered up and the loss of his job did him in, He was so out of it, his heart just exploded from all the suffering he had put up with these Dr, Perez– a father and son team. If you want to live, dont see them for surgery.
Doctors seem to kill more people than they help. At least the Perez group in glendale.
