I witnessed their manager being unbelievably rude, demeaning, and unprofessional towards his employees in front of customers. I will not go back on that reason alone. It was totally uncalled for and shameful.

How does Radio Shack stay open? The prices are too high and the customer service is nasty bordering on insulting. This one is no better. I have heard sales associates getting really nasty with customers. Even if it’s out of your way, go somewhere else.
