We go here a lot since we live nearby. It’s ok, but I have been to froyo places that were much, much better.
On their website they claim to have fresh fruits in their restaurants — 14 to be exact. I don’t recall ever seeing this much fruit, and when they do have fruit it’s almost always from a can (which means added sugar — not healthy at all!). If there has been any fruit it’s strawberries (can’t tell if fresh or not) and maybe canned pineapple.
They’re not consistent in providing nutrition information on each of their flavors. When we went the first time each flavor had calories, fat, and sugar labelled (and weight watcher points, but WW has changed it’s program recently so I’m not sure how accurate those are). Most of the time though only about half do, and the rest of the flavors are labelled with hand written signs without nutrition information.
The staff has always been pleasant during our brief interactions with them.

This place is right near my house so I visit very frequently. Love how they mix up the flavors but also keep a few of the favorites and popular picks. Excellent choices for toppings, which they also mix up depending on the season. Staff is always professional and very kind. Love this place. Always helps that frozen yogurt is healthier than ice cream (:

Expensive for what it is– we paid $ 15 for two cups with just froyo, no toppings or anything. They don’t take competitor coupons. The froyo and toppings are pretty standard– same as what you find everywhere.

My family has visited Razzleberriez on a regular basis and find the staff to be helpful and the establishment to be clean. They have great choices in flavored yogurt and toppings but would like to see them changed up more often. Maybe it’s just our timing but it always seems to be the same flavors. Love the choice of toppings.

Worst frozen yogurt place I have been to yet. Usually no problem with places but this place was worth the bad review. The customer service was very rude to my group of people. Pricey and the people at yogurt places are usually a little more happy but she was rude and didn’t care about her attitude towards anyone.

Possibly my new favorite Fro-​yo place. Outstanding customer service, the girls were so welcoming to everyone who came in and thanked everyone as they left. The selection of yogurt was great and of course they had a salted caramel and wonderful chocolate. Wide selection of toppings and they have a generous discount program after you buy a certain numbers of cups. The place was warm and inviting, not to mention spotless. Open late and close to my house, I’ll be back.

Personally I am not a fan of what Razzleberriez Yogurt has to offer with their yogurts. I am used to the tart tastes of the soft serve yogurts. Their yogurt flavors are mellow. I am also not accustomed to this place where you are not allowed to try the flavors on your own. Abruptly, the staff will approach you and ask what do you want to try. Many other yogurt businesses are ran differently. Just something I am not used to. The price is much higher at this place then competitors.

One of our favorite places to go for a sweet treat :) There is a little something for everyone including a ‘no added sugar’ option (and the ones I have tried are GOOD!).
The store is always clean — and the employees are always ready and willing to provide samples to make sure what you get is what you want! This place is a hit with our family!

I am a local to this place, have been there more times than I can count. My kids are constantly wanting to go there for desert, with how good it is – I have a hard time saying no.
The thing that sets this place apart from few others that are around — it is the people! The owner and the young ladies the owner hires are just great. They are always willing to help with selections, make recommendations, and they do it all with a smile and bubbly personality.
They are constantly changing the flavors — while sad when you you stuck on your favorite, and then they change it… it allows you to try something different.
Another plus (And a biggie in my book) is that this place is always spotless clean. I cannot remember a time (even when swamped and busy) that this place has been dirty.

Its good yogurt to get your sugar fix but its not the best that i have tasted. I love how it looks inside though and the name is quite cute!
