Holiday period… Yet only one register open? Not the cashiers fault, but this doesn’t look like a well managed Sears. Store looks cluttered too. Don’t come often to Sears and now I have a reason why not to as well.

Customer service is the worst. Five employees standing next to a register, I walked up with merchandise, ready to pay only to be told I needed to go to another part of the store to check out. Apparently they were too busy BS’ing with each other to do the job they are paid to do.

Repairman’s vocabulary consisted of «shit» and«fuck». My family and i listened to this for 2 hours. He threw tools, was rough with our mower and in the end had to borrow tools from us which he proceeded to throw. 1. bring your own tools not curse in the presence of customers 3. Don’t be otherwise rude and angry. Also, we waited over 60 day to have someone from Sears come to fix it. TERRIBLE

We had a warranty on our very expensive washing machine and dryer and anytime anything has gone wrong with them we have had a service technician come out and sears ha seven give. U.S. The 1200 credit to purchase a new washing machine. I have purchased many of my husbands tools here.

Nothing to say about their products but the customer service is absolutely atrocious. Took me an hour to reach a live person and not a voicemail. Ended up having to call an unrelated department to get help and a hold of the customer service department whom sounded as if they were falling asleep. A store is only as good as their customer service and friendliness of staff. I will not be back.

The hubs was searching for some new dress work pants, and we stopped in here in the off chance they may have something he would like and would work for what he needed. We headed to the back corner were the men’s clothes were and there was a very friendly staffer that greeted us and offered help if we needed it. There was a rack of sale pants that offered up a few workable options, so he headed over to give them a try. We lucked out and found two pairs of pants and the prices were really, really reasonable since they were marked down already, but they were offering an additional mark down over the weekend. The cashier was quick to check us out and ensure that we found everything we needed. He offered the customary credit card line, but was nice enough to not push when we politely declined. Overall: B+ The store overall was a bit chaotic, but the men’s section was well kept and we found a few good deals!

I have seen Sears in general go slowly downhill over the last 5 years. The store seems old, direcly and repairs and touch ups of paint, tiles etc have not been performed. Also I purchased K-cups here twice and were out of date by months! I got some perscription sunglasses here and they were ok, actually they were priced $ 210 over what the frames with normal rayban polarized lenses would be online. just doesnt seem like the great old store it used to be… sales dont seem all that either.

I haven’t been to Sears in YEARS or so it seems. I would say mostly for the older crowd. Lots of racks on sale. Store smells stuffy and like mildew almost. I had to ask for help in the jewelry department even though I stood there and made eye contact with the staff not just 1 person and Nope, not even 2 but 3 employees. Service is lame. Store layout is confusing since there are not a lot of signs telling you where everything is.
