Silver Effects

Great selection of body jewelry and the best help I’ve ever had at any retail establishment (including the ones I’ve managed or worked at myself =O)…Samantha, the skinny, spiky haired punk rock looking chick is fucking awesome.

I shop at Silver Effects a few times out of the year when I’m in the area. The selection of body jewelry is wide but when it comes to plugs, eh… maybe it’s the same selection as Hot Topic or Spencers.
I like that they offer «buy one get the 2^nd 50% off» frequently through out the year. Price wise; it’s decent. The store is small but it’s well organized.
The only thing I didn’t like about the place is the plug selection; gauges specifically (sizes I needed were limited). I was a 7/​16, and I bought a pair of plugs for $ 20. When I got home, the plugs wouldn’t fit. I noticed that the gauge size was written with a Sharpie on the package. Arg, I was extremely pissed (knowing that the sales people don’t know what they are selling). The plugs were a size up (½).
Luckily, I stretched out of 7/​16, and today I’m wearing the «mislabeled» plugs.
Oh, and the girl that was working there seemed to be more into herself than helping customers.
