Silver Q Lounge & Hookah

My girl friends and I wanted to smoke some hookah and watch the bachelorette at the same time! I called ahead to this location and asked if it would be alright if they changed one of the tv’s to the channel! They said ok. We showed up and a man greeted us with skepticism and doubted we had our ID’s to prove our age. We all did. He then said that it would ruin the vibe of the lounge to have one tv turned to the bachelorette. I said we didn’t want to feel like we were intruding. He inferred that we were and that if anything we would have to watch it without sound. I will not be coming here again. I felt very unwelcome.

Definitely deserves 5* great customer service, clean and spacious and they have the best hookah ever! Lets not forget the pool tables. I love the atmosphere its my fav hooka lounge

Went here with a group of friends at about 1030pm and the place was quite busy, but we still had great and fast service. The sheesha itself was of good quality and I really liked how they used the square coconut goals. Enjoyed the fact that the workers came around and changed the coals regularly.
Overall a good experience of smoking sheesha on the patio on a beautiful night. Definitely recommend it and hoping to go back real soon.

I love the service here the hookah is always good here never had a problem and best of all the hookahs here hit very good and taste good.

Shitty service, all serves are rude and they take forever to make the hookahs and rarely come around to change coals save your time and money!

I’ve been to multiple hookah lounges and it’s really not hard getting it right but hookah lounges just don’t get it. This spot finally gets what a hookah lounge is. The seats aren’t bad comfy room for 3 max if skinny. They have TVs and monitors on the wall so it’s a real good place to go on events. The staff is amazing always in a good mood! If your hookah has a problem they will fix it with no issue and no attitude. Love this place.

I’ve never been to a hookah bar before and I’m actually Italian so I don’t know what the environment should be like! From my experience I thought it was kinda a happening place with hip music, 2to3 pool tables, and the place was packed on Saturday night at 11:30.
It was a little warm for me and it was kinda uncomfortable and smoky but really what do I expect it’s a place that you pay to smoke tobacco. I asked questions to what I believe were the owners and I thought they were helpful and trying to explain to me the process. They refreshed our coals and many others while I was there! It was a little too young of an environment for me but I’m not their daily clientele that hangs out all day. I did not experience any of the other review experiences!!!

Oh gosh, I missed hookah. It’s been *ages* since I’ve reviewed one.
Silver Q made me miss it a little less. I’ve been to their two other locations like a zillion times, but this one is comparatively lame. First of all, you can’t just pick your own flavors like you’d get to almost anywhere else. I knew *exactly* what I wanted, but was annoyed when I’d noticed that you can only choose from a selection of «house blends».
You don’t get to know what’s in them.
Yeah, so you’re just left guessing what’s in something like «Sun Devil». Sure, it’s pleasant, but not everything smokes the way you’d expect based on giving it a whiff. To make matters worse, this means I don’t get to enjoy some of the more overlooked flavors that you’ll look at me weird for, then enjoy once you give it a try. Like Jasmine & Cherry. Or Plum & Cinnamon. Nope, it’s gonna be something generic like mint/​grape or strawberry. Even the Starbuzz selection seemed limited.
The hookahs themselves are of a high quality, and in part because they’re very large, don’t last as long as I’d expect. Still, better to be short and sweet than needing to fidget around with coals, or worry about burning the shisha.
There’s also a huge TV (or is it projection?) on the wall for sports, which I definitely appreciate.
Overall, this place had a good vibe, but when I don’t get to pick what I want, and it’s only good for about 15 minutes, I’ll totally head elsewhere.

Omgeee the server was a bi tch wow talk about rude… dam…if you are having a bad day please stay home and away from customers! !! Ugh serious ly who gave her a job came inside and it was our first time here we werent sure about what we wanted… and she looked pissed off and irritated from tge beginning and I asked her dor change and she just put it on the table… and I noticed the next customer she acted just acted the same

Went here the other night with a few friends, it was rather busy so we gave them some time, but after 20 minutes of waiting we asked aboit our hookah only to find it was given away, so after shooting pool for 30 minutes we left, they actually had the audacity to charge us for that evem after their shitty service

It’s a nice place to meet with friends but the service is terrible I had to request for new coals on a slow night and never got the refill that I ordered they don’t have free music playing so your ears are subject to whatever people put on the jukebox.

This place is WAY over priced on «package deals» The tables have horrible tops, over half of the sticks have no tips on them, the other half are warped! To small and cramped. When I was there there was a horrible «band» and I use the term loosely. Overall, one of the worst places in the valley to patronize!

Great relaxing place with a nice décor, I found it very comforting and relaxing with great hookah just makes for an awesome atmosphere. Bonus is the 10 flatscreen t.v.‘s and projection screen inside the place when watching sport games or just t.v. episodes its perfect!
