Sparr Heights Community Center

Beyond impressed with this Community recreation center. A true hidden Gem in the Sparr heights area. OFF the beaten path & you have to search for it. Worth all of it. The employees are super friendly & helpful. It shows how much effort & care they put into their job. The facility is beyond clean & well maintained. I never knew a place like this even existed in Glendale until I discovered it for myself. Their summer camp program was beyond comparable to others. All the kids enjoyed coming here, having fun, making new friends & even field trips. Weekly special lunches & special fun water day plays. They really know how to occupy kids & not have them bored. Words can not express my gratitude to this place for their amazing job well done with their summer program. It was such a pleasure getting to know the counselors. I highly recommend this place for anyone with kids, Elderly parents or Grandparents or even looking for a place to hold events they have 2 large spacious rooms & a gorgeous patio. Pool table, cable T.V., weekly activities for the Seniors and luncheons too! See Ms. Maggie for any questions she is so sweet & caring.
