Thanks Garni :) makes the greatest drinks ! They can be very busy sometimes and no parking but service is the most important thing and they are great at it !

If you want to be judged by what you order, then go to this place. Very unprofessional and no one has the right to explain why I should or shouldn’t get my drink a certain way. Poor service. Very unfortunate experience. Kinda bummed because I really liked this spot.

Needs more tables inside, lots of open space. Besides space issues, service is great. The baristas are very friendly.

The good thing is it’s a big chain of Starbucks Coffee in Glendale city! But the most awful thing is Starbucks’s parking! only there is like 4 – 5 parking space near there, is it’s full, we have to park in «Jack in the Box» or in street! And there are smoking outside of Starbucks! They don’t let us to sit outside because there is bad smoking smell!!! They have to improve the problems!

Sick and tired of stuck up Starbucks workers. No one is making your ass go behind that counter. Learn to greet the customer with a damn smile or greet them at all. Holy shit these people feel entitled as if their doing you a damn favor by serving you coffee. I have worked in retail my entire life and customer service has always been priority so no im not a rich kid who is looking down on the workers.

Too crowded in the morning, much nicer in evening, getting in and out in the morning to get your coffee it’s a hustle but the staff are very nice people. When I’m not in a rush I’m getting my coffee from here.

This place needs more tables and chairs. The window seating is terrible and I’m always hitting my feet and knees. All the empty space makes it unwelcoming. The staff is nice and friendly; can’t complain about them because they are great baristas but the environment that the company has created here needs to be addressed. There are four tables that sit two people and one table that sits three. This is a very large space and it could be used more effectively.

I wish this Starbucks had more seats and outlets! Half the place is empty and there is not enough seats. There are about 5 tables outside that can each seat 4 people, however, there are no outlets outside. C’mon Starbucks, I know you can do better than this!

I love Starbucks and this location is pretty cute. I love how the entrance is where the seating is and all the ordering is done in the back. But if you won’t keep straws in the napkin/Sugar area, please give me one when you make my drink!

Pit stop before heading back to NorCal. Came early enough in the AM where there was literally no one in the store. Nothing life changing but they didn’t screw up our orders either.

The Coffee Gods are merciful and kind, having blessed us with MOBILEORDERING! I thought it was a big gimmick, but you can actually order your drink on your phone and pick it up at the bar inside with no hassle. The beauty is you don’t have to talk to anyone or wait for your drink to be made. I order it a few blocks out from the store, and every time I go to pick it up, it’s sitting at the bar ready for me. The only time I had to wait was because I waited too long to order it, having been distracted by setting my fantasy baseball lineup. Damn you, hard baseball choices. Damn you. Anyway, I highly recommend mobile ordering for this location because it can turn into a total shit show with a lot of customers. I love walking in like a ninja and picking up my order while those in line look at me with their mouths agape, thinking to themselves, «HOW’D YOUDOTHAT?!» Magic, suckas

This place is ridiculous. They are very busy and have half the chairs and tables they need for people to come and do their work. I came here because I have a lot of work to do and needed to sit and type away. THEREARENOPLACESTOSIT!!! WTF??? There is room for six, maybe even 72-seated tables, or four 4-seated tables. They have six tables. That’s it. Stupid stupid stupid. I would go outside but I need an outlet.

A small Starbucks with few parking space to find. I came in a non-rush hour @9:00AM. The service is slow and though the line is getting longer, the staff are not sensitive that people are waiting. I came after working long day till 2am. I can’t believe that the barista can afford to make chit chat and talk TMZ like with a customer while leaving the line running long. Avoiding frustration to get bad coffee from this bad customer service, I just decided to get it somewhere else. Hope the management can see this review and do something about it before they close their business just like the restaurant in front of them.

Been coming to this location every week after a morning hike up the hill at Brand Park. Probably one of the most spacious Starbucks stores. Plenty of room inside and they even have plenty of outdoor seating. Baristas, however, are not the friendliest ones I’ve encountered. After going here on a weekly basis for over a month and running into the same baristas, I still don’t get a friendly and welcoming vibe. Friendly baristas who take the time to say hi and get to know you certainly makes a Starbucks visits more special. Definitely not 4 or 5 star when also taking into account the available parking for this Starbucks. There’s only 5 to 6 available parking spots at the front of the store, and if all are filled, the only option is to find street parking on a narrow adjacent street and get some steps on the Fitbit!

This is a small locale with a handful of tables outside and minimal seating inside. There is a lot of foot traffic, as it is conveniently located just off of the 134 freeway. The staff is super friendly and efficient. However, if I am in the mood to linger, I prefer to go elsewhere, as this store is does not have that same welcoming vibe as some of the others. parking — free, but very limited number of spaces

One of the most spacious stores I’ve been in. It’s on a corner so very visible from the street. Small parking area in the front. A nice neighborhood feel. I miss the Marie Callender’s across the street.

I’ve lived directly next to the Starbucks since it first opened(it used to be part of the salon next door! Throwback! That’s 13+ years) Pros — great outdoor seating area, old school baristas still there, decent drinks most of the time Cons — the hang out for some of the loudest people around, horrible parking(so bad people even block or park IN my drive way! I know coffee is addicting but seriously?!), not very clean which is unusual because Starbucks has some of the highest standards in a company when it comes to cleanliness. I love it because it’s so close but I’m also conflicted because of the type of customers that surround such a great location. Also, I don’t know if the new baristas are getting properly trained or aren’t as passionate about what Starbucks wants to represent but they cannot make a dirty chai to save their lives. I’ve gone back on three separate occasions because it literally tasted like watered down espresso and cinnamon. Mind you I’m not picky but I know what the drink is supposed to taste like. Luckily for me it’s literally 10 steps away. Obviously this location is the most popular in Glendale and I’m glad some people have recieved great service but I just hope that the new employees bring some more enthusiasm to the counter and the lingering customers realize that it’s still a neighborhood and they can learn to respect the homeowners and the street.

I come this location usually on weekends and usually get pretty good service. Staff are friendly and this place is kept quite clean. The reasons for the 3 stars are that I have had my order made incorrectly a few times. On my frappuccino, I’ve asked in a few occasions to leave out the whip cream, but have had it included. Another problem is that parking here can get really bad, and if you catch this place during a rush, you are pretty much out of luck.
