My son and I come here all the time after school never a disappointed always have fresh bread and son just loves it

I live close by so I come to this subway pretty often, but this morning I was left a bit miffed. I walked in and no people were in line, so I walked to the start of it for my order. Then another girl walks up and starts ordering. Okay, so maybe she was waiting somewhere else to order. So they do their order, and the employee tells me it’ll be just a moment. Then another customer comes up and waits by the register. I thought maybe they just had a question, but then they go and start ordering ahead of me too– two complicated sandwiches that they couldn’t decide on. All this with no explanation from the employee as to why they got to go first. I dunno, I respect lines, so this was pretty annoying. What should’ve taken 2 minutes for my sandwich ended up being a 15 minute wait.

They don’t even deserve that 1 star that’s how bad their service was. The guy put his hands in the trash can then turned around wore gloves without washing his hands to make a sandwich. His name was Franzy and the girl Maria had to customer service skills what so ever. Because I was on my phone trying to order she ignored me and helped the person that walked in 10 minutes after me. When I asked for her Managers phone number she said she didn’t have to give it to me took off her gloves threw them away and walked away. The other person working with him names Frinzy tells me that’s a personal information and why would he give his managers phone number if I want to talk to him I have to go there tomorrow. I would fire both of them and give their position to someone who really cares for their job and their customers. This will cost you a lot of loss if you don’t fire them never had this kind of a horrible customer service there before.

I was very disappointed with my sandwich today. I order a turkey bacon guacamole and. My bread was stale. My bacon was not cook, it was cold and my guacamole was not spread out evenly. I ate my sandwich very unhappy and I am not coming back here again. I love subway and this two mins away from home and I always come here but never again am I coming to this subway again.

What a nasty place, all vegetables are not fresh, look pretty close the lettuce always not fresh, only one employee and have bad attitude (he is always mad) and the store doesn’t smell good like something is wrong. I never go again, avoid the place is really really bad

Reading other Unilocal reviews of this Subway helped me decide to trust the 730 S. Central Subway to make a sandwich party platter for me. I was very happy with my choice. I ordered a plate with mixed meats cheeses and breads — except for four vegetarian sandwiches and four sandwiches with veggies and meat, but no cheese. The order was perfect!

This is for the owner directly. How can you possibly have one employee at prime time? 7pm and only one employee, Tori. Mind you it’s not her fault cause she handled it as quick and as best as she could. I’m just wondering why only one employee was working during peak hours.
There were 10 customers and she was making sandwiches and ringing customers up at the register. I’ve never had to wait 15 minutes to order at a subway before. I needed a quick bite and it didn’t turn out to be that way. Dear owner please hire more employees, thank you.

Five stars to Cesar. Walked in at the busiest time to pick up food for four people at work and he was working like lightening. I felt bad because customers were walking in left and right. The boys at my work place of course had all complicated orders and Cesar continued making the sandwiches with a smile on his face. Personally i wouldn’t be able to do that. Very kind man. Please give this guy a raise.

Fking bad service, and i mean very bad.
Server doesn’t have any personality whatsoever and has no skill. Server doesn’t know how to make a sandwich!
Last, the server doesn’t know how to stuff the sandwiches properly in the to-​go plastic bag. He even doesn’t write down with a marker on the sandwich wraps which sandwich is which and doesn’t EVEN put napkins in the plastic bag like other subway areas do.
This is a joke place for Subway.

First time I go to a subway and they don’t have bread ready. Really? And he didn’t even say they were making it. Oh well I guess it’s just a busy day for them.
But god forbid if I become a regular and then when I come in the workers start talking about me. Because that’s what happened.
I guess they had a regular and when he walked in the guy helping me starts to tell the girl ‘they’re here for you. You should just give him your number’ in Spanish. (Customer was Indian, I think.) I won’t say what they said after because it’s just rude.
I don’t think they knew I spoke Spanish. On top of that the attitude the girl was giving them was just so rude like she didn’t want to help them.
I may not be a fan of sushi but at least next door there was better treatment for customer (regulars too. Sister is a regular there)
I would give it 1 star but the sandwich was still good. Just the workers were a big turn off.

Came to subway after work tired and starving. Here qe meet an employee Brandon who made our sandwiches and MAN … This guy is a artist! I go to subway resturants quite frequently and always wish i can just hop over the counter and make my own because its always sloppy and messy. Its never right .
I was litteraily speechless. Brandon laid every single ingredient and made it into a masterpiece! You might just say its just a sandiwich… have brandon make it and youll see exactly what i mean!

I like this Subway. It’s never too crowded. My only complaint is the parking lot. It’s in a plaza with other businesses so sometimes it fills up, depending on the time of the day. But of course, that’s practically everywhere in L.A.

Visited this location on several occasions. Never had a bad experience. I usually visit during the morning hours. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese flatbread. Took a little longer getting rang up because the girl was new, overall good experience.

The bread was old and dry, but I didn’t complain. One customer asked if they could fix the coke, because it was out of syrup and the guy working just said it should be fine without even checking. Then they started fighting about it!!! Is it that serious?

This subway is just good. I love going in afternoon when its not packede at all. The over roasted chicken breast is my favorite and the worker names Paul does such an amazing job. He treats costumers right and even jokes with them. There for I give it 4 stars

Subway is so crazy when it comes to the sandwich game that no other competitors can compete. They mix the bread, the meat, the lettuce, and the cheese together and it’s GAME OVER.
I’m the duke of this joint. You think you can oust me? I don’t think so.

I don’t like when ingredients are not evenly distributed. They do a good job at avoiding this. I like locations that are always stocked up on cilantro. I appreciate that at this location as well.
