I should have known this was not the best salon since the place was empty when I walked in on a Sunday & they only had one customer… I don’t know how many stylists work there, but steer clear of Emma… She is OBVIOUSLY fresh out of beauty school and has NO clue as to what she is doing~!.. She had to ask for assistance from the manager (on how to cut my hair) and she asked the manager to «review» the cut that she gave me… A cut that should have taken an easy 15 minutes, took 45 and it is THE worst cut I’ve ever had the misfortune to experience~…I’m thinking that she may know how to use a clipper or a razor but my request for a scissor cut seems to be out of her realm of knowledge… Steer clear of Emma~!..
