DO NOT DEAL WITH ARNOLD.
I have been coming to this location for years I bring several things here a month a buy several things a month and so does my family. I have always had great experiences with everyone from management and staff. But today I had displeasure of dealing with with Arnold the most incompetent person I’ve ever deplt with. He was very rude right from the beginning. I told him i had some items in my car and he repidly insisted seeing them prior to me bringing them in. I asked why this location has never ever in all my trips done this before. I brought in ten items that were in excellent condition and the exuses began of why he could not take a single one after only looking at 3 out of the ten.
Plain and simple he didn’t want to fill out the paperwork because he is lazy. I had never brought in more than two items in at a time but today I brought. In ten and I had up until this point NEVER been turned away for any one of my items let alone ten. Needless to say if you want to deal with someone who is two lazy to do paperwork please go to the 59^th Ave and camelback location and ask for Arnold he made me feel uncomfortable repeatedly asking me for my ID witch I showed him three time. I have never been treating with such disrespect and cocky attitude as Arnold expressed towards me today.
Please if anyone with any athority at Super pawn is reading this please train him on customer service and apparently how to use the computer and fill out paperwork. It’s a shame because I really enjoyed my hundreds of trips there until today.

If I could only give a negative amount I WOULD! A few weekends ago, I went in to sell some old jewelry. I had a pair of diamond earrings a ring made of 3 kinds of gold and a necklace. One register already had a customer and no one was at the other one. Just after I got there 3 or 4 others came in and got behind me and the one clerk called for another. She came from the back. and took my jewelry and she looked at them then gave me a once over in a «I’m totally judging you «way. Now granted I was wearing just a tank top and some basketball shorts but I didn’t look like some hoodlum. And it’s the weekend. At any rate, she walked over to where they test everything was there for half a second and came back and said everything stuck to the magnet. I told her that she must be mistaken, but she insisted. When I got home I grabbed a REALLY powerful magnet Sure enough nothing happened.
I should probably thank her because i decided to keep the ring and the other 2 I took somewhere else and got 150 bucks. YOUR LOSS!

Good variety. Clean & organized. One thing that is a distraction and caused me to give it 4-​stars is that customers and payers are all in the same line which tends to get long quickly. Maybe if they could have another system separated new buyers and those that are paying on stuff, that would be nice.
