This «new» Disney store lacks authentic disney items!!! Where are the adorable mugs? where are the cute adult tee’s? Everything looks like it’s from target yet waaay more expensive. This location is always messy and I’m definitely not a fan of the location. so small. ehhh… c’mon Disney.

Yikes. I used the Disney Store website, and I have to say it totally sucks. It seems, according to their customer service office that it is not formatted for a Mac, which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard in a long, long, time.
They sent the wrong items, did not gift wrap as requested, and although they offered free shipping, charged me anyway. My precious great-​niece along with her mother are huge fans of Disney, but right now, I certainly am not.
