The Trophy Shoppe

I have gone to The Trophy Shoppe many times, both for mass team orders and for four custom items. Travis is intelligent and quick, so he understands what you want even before you explain it. His suggestions are excellent and the work is flawless. I have always paid him more than he charges because he is too reasonable! The Trophy Shoppe wins the grand prize!

I read the previous reviews, Travis is definitely deserving of every last one.
I was looking for a class Christmas gift for my son’s teachers and went to the mall for ideas. Things Remembered had some nice Contigo travel mugs but they were $ 25, and a minimum of another $ 25 to do the engraving! At that price, I’d have to spend a sizable chunk of the collective class money just on a token gift. I knew Costco was carrying the same ones in a 2 pack for $ 20 but wasn’t sure how I’d get them personalized. Then I remembered Trophy Shoppe did the trophies for my son’s sports teams so I thought I’d try there.
I came in on a Wednesday afternoon and asked if I could get them back by Friday morning. (Talk about tight turnaround!) The procrastinator in me is ever grateful to Travis for delivering above-​and-​beyond in terms of customer service and quality. Christmastime is his exceptionally busy period, as with nearly all businesses, but he was so fantastically helpful! He wasn’t sure if the material the mug was coated with would work with his equipment, so he asked for my contact information so that he could call me once he tested it. They typically close at 6, but he stayed late — calling me well after 7:30 to confirm that it worked and that they’d be ready for pickup on Friday morning as promised.
I am so appreciative of his extraordinary dedication and commitment to providing excellent service. In total, I had 2 mugs engraved for less than half of what that mall retailer would charge and saved even more money by being able to get the mugs from Costco instead. The savings went directly to the teachers’ — allowing for a larger gift card than we otherwise could have given.
Trophy Shoppe will always be my go-​to. Thanks Travis!

The BEST! Travis is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to give you exactly what you want. Like many of these Unilocalers, I was pressed for time (about a week in advance) and Travis had them ready with time to make any spelling corrections (mostly from my mistakes!). Very reasonable prices and top notch service. Everyone recommended the Trophy Shoppe and now I will do the same!

I am very disappointed with their service…
I can get hold of them to get my order.
I sent them email, call them several times and still no answer… I am right now in front of their business and it’s closed.

Extremely nice, reasonably priced and helpful staff. I was pressed for time to get an engraving done before Xmas. Travis went out of his way to ensure the engraving was done flawlessly.

very nice, very helpful, reasonably priced, good selection/​assortment, takes credit cards, my recipients have been happy with their awards. they do many projects for Disney studios and the like. I would call to confirm hours before venturing over.

I read the reviews on Unilocal and since this was nearby and inexpensive, I decided to give it a try.
It was my first time ordering trophies, and the lady helping me pick them was incredibly helpful. I went back shortly after to pick them up – one of the names was slightly misspelled, but they fixed it immediately in the back and it was as easy as can be! Top notch service and great prices!

Travis was very helpful and was able to get me the trophies I needed in a very short time period. Love that they take credit cards of any kind. He was very helpful and serviced me perfectly! They also do plaques and several other engraved items. On top of that they have great prices. Will be back in the future for sure. Thanks again.

Great prices and fast service. When you are in a bind, the make it happen. I use them for everything.

I use this place for my employee awards. Each quarter I go to have a plaque engraved. The prices are reasonable. Note they just take cash only.
Also their hours are a little strange. I would recommend always calling before you go there.
