This man is amazing! He really pays attention to your abilities and listens to what your goals are. He is the best at pushing you and holding you accountable with out being scary aggressive! You need him!

Tony is such an amazing trainer! When I started off I had a body fat percentage of 24% and I got down to about 19% within a matter of a few sessions training with him. He didn’t just work on exercises with me he also set up a nutrition plan for me to follow so that I would get my results faster. He had me eat the right type of food at the right time period in my workout. He helped me stay on track with my workouts and my nutrition. During the sessions he would give me exercises that were right for me but challenging. And he made the exercises doable and if they weren’t he would come up with some type of alternative to that exercise. For example I have an arch in my back and it wouldn’t touch the floor when I would do any type of ab workout so he told me how to fix that. I have also noticed that I have more stamina, I never used to run because I would get tired really fast but now I love running. I have so much more energy now. And i have amazing upper body strength which I thought I would never get. Each session I had with Tony was really challenging but i enjoyed every minute of it. We would always have our laughs. He is such a great motivator! Whenever I said I couldn’t do something he always encouraged me to go and that helped so much. I am just really glad that I made the decision to ask him for help because I wouldn’t be where I am now if it wasn’t for him. I can do so much more and I am so glad I was able to be trained by Tony. I feel like a completely different person. Thank you so much Tony for helping me with my goals, I really do appreciate everything you did for me.

Tony is an excellent trainer. we’ve been training together since last Dec.2011. I literally dropped 8% of my body fat, which went from 26%(acceptable) to 18%(athletic), and I lost 15 lbs in 2 months. I was 130 lbs, now I’m a 20 year-old happy young lady with 115 lbs + a sessy toned body. =) The training program with him has benefited me a lot. First of all, he taught me great amount of knowledge about eating order & nutrition, the key of eating the right food at the right time, how to keep your body burning fat and maintain the fitness. He created an exclusively detailed nutrition + workout plan for me. With his help, i got to stay on track & follow thru the process. Each session was flexible & hands on; he made sure all the exercise that we did worked for my body in the right way, so I could build the muscles I wanted.(e.g my back was pretty flexible, and when i lied down it was hard for me to close the gap between my hips and my upper back, so some of the abs exercise we did at the first time didn’t work well for me, he noticed it immediately, and made me try out other different abs exercise which fitted me perfectly.) He was very motivated & energetic. The training was intense and exciting. No matter how tough it was we still had fun & we’d laugh. Tony is very dedicated & serious about the clients, and beyond he’s just like a good friend of mine. I’m so glad that I made the decision, and I’m absolutely thankful to him for this amazing life changing journey. I remember I used to try hard to sleep earlier and get up earlier, now my biological clock is naturally changed to the way I want it to be! :) I wouldn’t be able to accomplish so many things without him. And thru this journey, I learn & realize that a lot of us are used to living in such a fast-paced lifestyle, but sometimes we need to slow down/take a break, in order to maintain what we’ve had, and continue to build the world. =)
