Went here after stopping by the corporate Verizon store in the mall. The corporate store had lied to me about switching plans when I called them on the phone. I came here instead and George so such a great help. He took care of everything I needed with no hassle and even gave me a discount on a screen protector for my mom. Don’t go to the other store in the mall, go to this little kiosk, they really care about helping you out, not just lying to you to sell some crap you don’t need. Thanks George!

Had an amazing experience with George at Diamond Verizon in Glendale Galleria. He was super helpful, very knowledgeable and patient with all my needs. I was hesitant on upgrading my note 3 to a 5, cuz of the hassle, but this guy made everything go very smoothly. He ordered my phone, once it arrived I got a call back in 2 days to go pick it up. George also bumped me up to a better plan that would better suite my needs n help me save 20 – 30 bucks every month! After starting up my new phone Rudy helped me transfer all my pics data etc into my new device while George was wrapping up my contract etc. All of the staff at Diamond including Chris were very helpful. Definitely will refer friends and family to this location. Fast, easy, and hassel free.

Had a fantastic experience here, came here cuz i needed to get my iphone 4s that i had just replaced at the Apple Store reconnected. George ended up helping me out and he was the man. He hooked me up big time, offered me some deals regarding getting a new phone when i was ready, sat down with me and broke down and thoroughly explained my plan and my usage piece by piece, he noticed that i was being charged for monthly services that i don’t even use and cut those off right off the bat, he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, while also offering some really good advice on what i can and shouldn’t do with my account. He was so good my brother is now considering getting an account and he hates Verizon because of how expensive they can be. He was very freindly, very welcoming, and we joked around alot as well. This what i like in a customer service professional. The kind who refuses to be a robot and just be human and connect with the customer on a personal level and only then will they truly be able to give them exactly what they need or want. To anyone looking to get verizon service or need help with their account and just so happened to be at the Glendale Galleria for what it’s worth(which ain’t much if anything at all) I strongly recommend you go check these guys out, they’ll hook you up. Great service from diamond Verizon in Glendale galleria! I was helped by Chris and he answered all my questions and my moms questions as well. We switched from AT&T because of call failures and making the switch was much easier thanks to these guys. Got 3 iPhone 6S for the whole fam! Will be back again real soon for a tablet!

I had an anazing shopping experiance because of the manager Harmony and sales person Nairy. I called the Verizon customer service before going to the store. They gave me some info but when I went to the store to make the purchase the guy who was working there(dont know his name) was NOT helpfull at all and all he was saying customer service gave me wrong info. He wasnt trying to find a solution so I asked for manager and that when Harmony started helping me. She went above and beyond to make me happy and satisfied. After giving me some options she asked Nairy to help me and finish the purchase. Both were super knowledgeable and helpfull and so sweet. That was the first time I was getting such awesome customer service from Glendale Galleria Verizon store. Thanks Harmony and Nairy. You two are awesome!!!

They have terrible customer service and ruined our account with Verizon. We ordered an iPhone 6 and it was suppose to arrive on 10⁄21. We never received a call or contact from them. I called today and they canceled the order. They don’t know why it was canceled but it shows on my bill as replacing the phone. My contract is now void and I am talking to Verizon to help me. Don’t buy from a reseller!!!
