I just had my first facial here… and it was FANTASTIC! Very calming atmosphere. Friendly, personable service… I was treated like a queen. I absolutely recommend going here!

Today, I went to About Face day spa for a spray tan and was very pleased by the professionalism and cleanliness of there office. I have gone there before but, never really thought to write about my time spent there. Today, I wanted to share my thoughts for such a deserving staff. I was first greeted with a smile, then asked if I would like a coffee or spring water while I waited. Very nice! I didn’t wait long for my apt. was at 10:30 and I was seen at 10:35. My spray tan is the best I’ve ever had and Shelly is so very sweet and professional. I read what was written about the Brazilian waxing and can’t believe it… I have had a few from Shelly and my experiences were always very professional and pleasant. I look forward to my next visit for Botox and hope that others will stop by to see for themselves what a classy place About Face really is. I went to this office to recieve a consult with Dr. Lance Everett Wyatt. The office is very clean and the staff was very friendly. They commented on the fact that Dr. Wyatt takes a lot of time with his patients and was running late. I saw Dr. Wyatt one hour after our scheduled appointment. Dr. Wyatt seems like an excellent surgeon; he thoroughly discussed the different procedures, what they entail, and the different surgical options for each. He answered all our questions completely. Dr. Wyatt also discussed his background and qualifications.
After spending about 30 — 45 minutes with the doctor his assistant came in to speak with us about billing. She was also very professional, gave us the costs of the procedures with different options. She said she would email me on Monday (the appointment was on a Saturday) with the exact break down of the costs.
I waited.
And waited.
And waited.
I called earlier this week (3 weeks after our consult) and left a message for her with another assistant. When she called me back she stated she had lost the written bid and she needed me to fax her the write up she had given me. She’d email me her fax number ASAP. Well a week later and there was still no email. My husband called back and left a message for her. She called back and discussed creating a new bid which she emailed me quickly.
Other than the lost bid and no phone calls; once the situation got worked out I think Dr. Wyatt and his assistant; as well as the office is a good choice.

So i usually go to Pink Cheeks but realizing it is an 80 mile (one way) drive i am open for new places. My friend recommended this place so i went. At first it looked really clean and the lady was nice however almost too nice. She went into personal info saying she was lesbian and her girlfriend didnt like her doing what she does. I could tell she was uncomfortable cause i am used to Pink Cheeks getting all up in my privates to get the hair which is what i pay for. This lady seemed like she didnt even want to touch me.
Granted the procedure they used wasnt really painful however i had hair growing back the next day and got a bunch of ingrowns.
I do not recommend this place. Pink Cheeks is my place for life!
