I called this place due to great reviews. Owner was very nice and gave me prices over the phone. I went over same day for oil change and it only took 20 minutes. I was offered bottled water and staff was very nice. Amir checked my filters and tires and provided feedback without trying to sell me anything. I will def be returning back as a regular customer.

Amir has been my mechanic for over 8 years. You can’t really trust all auto shops. Amir & Conrad are really the best I’ve ever come across. Very reasonable prices and they tell you like it is. No B.S. It’s not about the money for him, it’s about providing great customer service & having you return. You won’t be disappointed.

I took my 2003 Honda accord to get the power steering pressure hose replaced. I found that this was the best place to take my car to with the best reviews on Unilocal.I was really pleased with the work that was done and how it was done on a timely manner. I would definitely recommend you taking your vehicle to Amir. He seems like a really honest guy who just wants to provide great customer service.

Amir is top notch and so is AM Auto Repair. I called them one a Saturday morning to see how much an oil change was. They didn’t answer but called me back within a few minutes. They gave me prices over the phone (GREAT prices I might add) and gave me directions over the phone. When I got there they were waving me in and told me it would take about 25 minutes. I was literally in and out of there i 24 minutes. Amir didn’t try to up sell me and I felt was very honest about everything. He did show me that my Suburban needed a few things done to it but never pressured me into doing anything. Actually told me to take my tires into Americas Tires (since I bough them there) to rotate them (they do it for free if you buy tires from them) as opposed to paying him the $ 15 for the rotation.
I will 100% being go back to Amir for future oil change and most likely any other mechanic needs I have. Thanks Amir! Your customer service is top notch. Very rare these days!

Well, I Unilocaled this place, called and spoke to a person that gave me prices. He also told me that he was the last business at the back of the building complex.
They are fast.
Showed me a very dirty dark grey air filter. Of course that was mine. The place I went to before put in the wrong one and makes me wonder if they ever changed it. Now I have a clean one in there.
I like the service, and how well everything turned out.

Came here to get an oil change on my 2008 bmw 328i sedan. Service was excellent. Very friendly and very fair. Was in and out in about 20 mins. Waited in a clean room that was cool and comfortable, considering it was summer time. Came a few weeks later for new tires. Again, very fair with the prices and great quality of work. Highly recommend this place. Definitely will be going back for all my automotive needs.

So thankful I found AM Auto Repair on Unilocal!I had been calling around to find a repair shop last Saturday to take a look at my power window which suddenly stopped working. Amir said to come in ASAP because they were closing at 2 and that he would take a look without charge. Went in and within 5 minutes he re-​attached the disconnected cable. I was prepared to pay so I asked how much it would cost and he said none at all! I couldn’t believe it; thank you Amir and AM Auto Repair!

Just moved near the area and in need of a new mechanic. My car had a funny burning smell for a couple of days while running and I couldn’t pin point the issue (wasn’t leaking, over heating, couldn’t see any electrical damage, etc). After reading a few local mechanics’ reviews, wife found this one having the most useful ones. Most other places’ reviews were of people saying how «nice they are» or «how clean the place was». Noting relevant to what I need to hear for a good mechanic. This place had some decent reviews of services and specific experiences people had so I decided to try it. Amir was friendly and began looking for issues while we left the engine running. Placed the vehicle on the lift and immediately found a melted plastic bag wrapped on my muffler, this was causing the burning smell. Cleaned it right away and off I went. He also gave me good pricing for rotors, (separate issue I’ve had, and his prices seemed fair compared to 2 other local places I spoke to). Also his oil change prices are pretty decent, and gave me good recommendations on what oil to use for my vehicle make. Compared to Jiffy Lube’s $ 70 synthetic blend oil changes, this place puts them to shame. Regular oil changes here are between $ 25-​$ 30 depending on the amount required,. Overall I was happy with the service and attitude, and if it helps you to know, it’s very clean as well! He did charge me an amount to diagnose and scrape/​clean off the problem but it was a low, fair price. I am happy to recommend this place, I will be back for service.

I was referred here by a friend from Pasadena. The owner (Amir) and his coworker (Conrad) are always very polite and have very fair pricing. I went to AM Auto to see how much it would cost to fix my rear suspension (which the dealer told me is making noise). Amir told me it was the rear brakes hitting the rotors. So, I decided to listen to him. I changed the rotors and brakes for $ 170 and the noise went away. The dealership said the rear suspension was going to cost me around $ 1200. Amir said that there is nothing wrong with the rear suspension. Thanks so much for your honesty.

Owner Amir and his partner Conrad are the only mechanics I trust with my vehicles. Here at AM Auto you are treated like family, they deliver top quality service you just don’t find anywhere else. I have come here for tune ups, oil changes, tire rotations, etc. each time I know my car is in a professionals hands. I took my car in this morning for an oil change and was completely impressed by their service. The owner, Amir, was very friendly and professional. They took the time to look at a few other things while I was there and made honest recommendations, which is really nice for girl like me that doesn’t know too much about cars but knows enough to know when someone is just trying to upsell me. I would definitely recommend this place based on their honorable customer service and reasonable prices. I’ll certainly be bringing my car back soon!

Wow Amir and AM Auto Repair is excellent and incredibly reasonable! I’ve been an auto repair «hopper» for the past 3 years, never finding one that I was truly satisfied with. I came here based on Unilocal reviews and I am so glad I did because I’ve FINALLY found a place! I hope this review helps his business even more because he gave me excellent service from start to finish. I went in for an oil change and he checked my tires, fluids and filters. Ended up changing my cabin filter too because he showed me how it looked now (black with dust and leaves, etc) and how it looks new (white). I will definitely be a returning customer and I highly recommend you come here for any repairs!

Quick & easy, only $ 25 for mixed regular with synthetic oil on a 2006 Scion tC. Amir was very helpful, offered drinks and refreshments, checked tire pressure, fluid levels and finished in less than 20 minutes. Will be a returning costumer, highly recommended!

Called around noon and amir said he could take me at 12:40. I went in and they took my right away. I had never been in before and only came because the Unilocal reviews were good. Amir was very nice and accommodating. I came in for an oil change, he said coolant was a little bit low and he would add some, free of charge. My washer fluid was emtpy, I knew it was, but didnt mention it. Before it was all done he asked me if I wanted filled for a small fee so I agreed.
The entire process was finished in 25 minutes, I get synthetic oil and was a bit worried on how much it would come out to, but the price was very affordable. I always dread going to the mechanic because I generally dont trust them, but not here. This place is great and I’ll be coming here from now on.

Amir is THE MAN!!! I had to get several fluids flushed in my other car, and the dealer wanted to rip me off. I drove out to Amir since I used him in the past and he did it for much less. Now my car is running smooth; I can feel the difference.
Just make an appointment to go there and he will treat you right. He is just simply a good guy.
