Arrow Vision Center

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. B for over 15 years. He is amazing! So educational, positive and patient. Even though we only go once a year he treats us with such respect, and takes the time to answer questions and give advice. He truly cares about his patients and it shows. The staff is great also, very helpful and friendly. Grizelle has made a great addition to the already awesome team! Thank you Arrow Vision Center!!! You guys rock!

The staff over at Arrow Vision Center are phenomenal!!! Every time I go in, I always feel welcome. The girls in the front greet me like we have been friends for years. Dr Bettelheim speaks to you like you are his only patient, and spends time to make sure you are comfortable with the condition of your eyes.
This has been my eye doctor for the last couple of years, but they will be for many, many more to come!

Dr. Eric Bettelheim is such a patient and caring doctor my daughter and I just loving going here. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond there duties. I’ve been going her for about 4 years now and even though I don’t live close anymore I still make the drive to this office. I would recommend this facility to anymore looking for glasses. My mother is even a patient here. We love it!

It’s 10:30 on a Friday morning, and there is no one there to answer the phone? Screw that, was going to make an appointment, called another company that has enough staff on hand.

I have been coming to the Arrow vision center for years. I have always been treated as I was a family member. My first interaction was with Jessica who was very understanding and help me with every situation I needed. I’ve dealt with Dennis too, who explained to me my optical needs in a more detailed fashion that really made me understand my choices. And finally when I dealt with the billing aspects, Marina really helped me get through my medical insurance issues.
One thing I have noticed is this office can get really busy, so it’s not easy to attend to me right away all the time. But there’s a reason my family and I have been coming to this place for years. Overall Dr. Bettelheim has been doing my exams and I enjoy his demeanor.
I will hit me up sometimes I’m not the easiest person to deal with but the staff has been very patient and understanding. I highly recommend this office for your optical needs.

Right when I walked in I was greeted by two frowning faces sitting at the front desk. I received no greeting… just «what are you doing here?» stares waiting for me to ask for assistance. I went ahead and asked if they had any appointments available and was told there were no appointments until later in the day. Knowing I hadn’t called prior I figured they would be limited on appointments and that was fine with me. My mom proceeded to asked if they took Opticare and one of the girls replied rudely, «I don’t know what that is.» Ummm. Really? What else would it be? She at least offered to call the insurance to check coverage but literally picked up the phone and hung up not even a 30 seconds later telling us the insurance was closed. Mmhmm, okay. I ended up walking around to glance at their frames. The business is small and organized with a decent amount of frames. As we were walking out they said NOTHING… no «goodbye», «thanks for coming»… Just, yep you guessed it. Blank stares.
So sad the physician can loose some clients due to bad customer service.
If you don’t know how to create good customer service, at least smile ladies. That can make a difference.
