Not sure if Gyros King has replaced Auline’s or if it’s just connected? But, I’ve been hitting up Gyros King at lunch frequently. The Gyros are amazing, the kabobs are quite good too. A side of hummus and falafel make for a filling lunch. The location is what it is — nothing fancy, but the food is great.

this place is the best mediterranean restaurant ive ever been to… i always get the chicken kebab, because thats what i love… every time i eat here i can help but eat it soooo fast because it is REALLYGOOD. What makes this place different from the rest is the how they marinade the chicken… it has a little hint of lemon and parsley and is out of this world… my #1 mediterannean restaurant… :) this place has my heart!

It’s gone… :( Gyros King has taken it’s location… which makes me sad. Auline’s was awesome.

I really do LOVE there food here, It’s super CHEAP and very tasty. This looks like it is a Family-Run operation and every time I have gone here, I get amazing service and my belly is super full beyond belief. There Chicken ka-bob plate is «super good» and they even have this one it’s a POUND of meat(choice of chicken, beef) Rice, Greek salad Unlimited Hummas and Pita… all for around 9 bucks(WTF! where else can you get that) I’d say give this place a shot next time you’re in the neighborhood. P. S. plus they got an A grade rating

i planned on a different Mediterranean place today, but they didn’t open til 5 p.m. booooo! so, i remembered that i’ve always wanted to try this place. good move, jillio! at first, the place didn’t look open. half of the restaurant was covered with drapes so it looked like it was closed for a private party or something. i was about ready to kill someone. but phew! it was all good. the door was open on the other side, and i saw a couple of customers in there. time to grub! i had the chicken kabob — $ 8.95. mmmm tasty! served with the garlic spread, rice pilaf, salad, pita bread, and hummus. of course, the rice got no lovin from me since it’s still lent season. it looked good tho… had a bite of the beef shwarma. mighty tasty as well. staff is super friendly. the guy at the front looks soo damn familiar to me. maybe we went to high school together. i should’ve asked. shoulda. woulda. coulda. damn it. i just kept staring at him. he must’ve thought i was creepy. anyway, excellent service. oh… don’t ask for napkins. there’s a napkin holder on the table. i dunno how i missed that. good job, auline! i’ll come back ‘cuz they gave me coupons for my next visit. yay! they do catering too.
