This is an A+ facility with training and coaching you will not find anywhere else. It is true that Monica will not cater to the adults and spend her time on administrative type requests because she is dedicating 100% of her time to the kids! She has the most professional attitude about sports and the seriousness of it. Her time is being spent working with and teaching the kids. Safety is a top priority. I feel beyond blessed to have been a part of this gym since it opened. My girls have excelled beyond belief in many areas of their lives due to the dedication, commitment, education and love that Monica has given them. She has an amazing approach insight and understanding of the athletes and what they all need on an individual level. I feel so lucky to have found this gem of a gym in the little town of Glendora.

We love cartwheel factory! My daughter has been taking classes with Monica for a year. We love the individualized attention and fun environment! Recommend this gym to other families!

Very unprofessional gym. My daughter went in for a trial class. I liked that the class was small and the instructors seemed friendly. I filled out the form and asked if the owner could send an invoice to our ISP, who would be paying for my daughter’s classes. I waited a week and heard nothing despite the fact that the classes would be starting soon and the website warning that classes were filling fast. I called and spoke with the owner, again asking her to email an invoice so we could pay and get my daughter enrolled. She asked why I could not do it. Um, I don’t make the invoices for your studio, maybe? I tried to explain, it is really simple. She already had the email address. She said she would do it. Again, I heard nothing for a week. After calling twice with no response and finally sending an email through the website, I got a response that they could not take care of individual needs(whatever that means!) and that the classes were full! This is 3 weeks after trying to get her enrolled and waiting on signing her up elsewhere. The amount of time it took to write that snarky email was longer than emailing a simple invoice would have taken. She also presumed to know our financial situation and suggested many times that we pay for it ourselves. Every professional place that we have dealt with has not had a problem emailing an invoice so that our child could be enriched by their program. Everyone except Cartwheel Factory. I guess they aren’t really a factory after all. We will take our daughter and money elsewhere. Very rude and unaccomodating.
