Del Taco

Its great for a late night drive through snack but I dinned inside this evening and every table was dirty and there was food on the booth seats too and the floor

I would leave no stars if I could. They asked my order LITERALLY 5 times. After repeating myself 4 times too many, they remained silent. I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. I was so annoyed. I asked «did you get it that time?» They snapped «CPME TO THE WINDOW». Believe it or not, she asked my order AGAIN!!! I laughed and asked if they were serious. She had the balls to tell me I «don’t have to treat them that way» excuse me?! I had been a server for 4 years in a real restaurant where you’re feelings don’t mean shit and the customer is right & you’re gunna cry about me saying this is ridiculous?!! She said «this is an old building and and old speaker» ummmm what do you want me to do cry for you? Del taco is a billionaire corporation. If the shit doesn’t work ms. ASSistant manager, you should report it. Not my problem. She refused me her shitty Ass food and I am completely anti del taco forever now. They food is shit anyway they did me a favor.

It’s a Del Taco just like any other Del Taco. Service was nice and fast. Food like every other Del Taco. Honestly, I’m not sure how to really rate a fast food franchise where the process of preparing the food are all the same. Pretty hard to screw it up unless you have horrible employees.

Last time I came here at the drive through the guy with glasses was really rude and weird I got my food and said thank you and he said nothing! And just stood there looking at me as I drove off!

Love this Del Taco. They’re pretty fast and really friendly. The guy thats usually in the drive thru, i think his name’s Jacob? has a great attitude, and the ONE time they forgot something in my order, he was quick to apologize and fix it!

I got some chili cheese nachos and a chicken taco. Both were very generously made. The chicken taco was about the size of two and the nachos were covered in cheese. Yum! Service was quick with no complaints.

I went to the del taco on rt 66 in Glendora store 110 they refused to except the hundred dollar bill telling me it was against the law for them to take it which I’m sure the dumbass meant company policy I will never go back to that del taco again against the law to take $ 100 bill get a bill checker

I bought my Mom a cheeseburger from here for the first time and she absolutely loved it… she commented on how it was simpler than most burger chains but somehow tastier, I told her I think «simplicity» is what makes a great tasting cheeseburger and I should know since it is my favorite food after all. I don’t think most people who head to Del Taco are in the mood for a burger but I suggest the next time you are craving a burger you try Del Taco; I recommend the Bacon Double Del… the fries are pretty good too =)

This DEL TACO is great-​they r very friendly– very nice to go to this one– I used to go to another one FOOTHILL & GRAND — NOT GOOD AT ALL– not friendly– I stopped going there–

I went through tonight and was very impressed with the service. The girl who took my order, Ashley, was very friendly. Even when I changed my order at the window she was still very nice and accommodating. I don’t typically write reviews unless I am extremely impressed or very disappointed. Ashley was polite and professional and got my order 100% correct which doesn’t always happen with drive thru.

I don’t often hit this Del Taco, chiefly because:
1. Del Taco is best eaten after wreck less consumption of grain alcohol, and I don’t drink and drive.
2. I don’t live very close to this location, and only go there as an afterthought when I happen to be in the area.
Nice young kid in the drive thru, but he gave me two… Count em, TWO… Packets of hot sauce for two 8 Layer burritos. The Pasadena DT will load your bag with Del Inferno for a soft taco and small Mr. Pibb.
What’s up, Glendora Del Taco? Is there a hot sauce drought now too?
Anyway, I had already pulled away from the window by the time I discovered it, so it wasn’t worth going back.
Actually, that last notion is probably a good summary of my experience there.

Everyone at this Del taco is so nice and I love coming here for lunch, especially when Lukas or Sabrina is working they make my day every time I go in. (:

I absolutely love this Del taco its my favorite spot to get lunch! The food is so good and the people are so nice, especially one worker Lucas Saikali, he makes my day every time I go in.

Del taco is my favorite/​go to fast food. I understand the fact that people of all ages and demographics are in need of jobs but choose your employees wisely or you will get reviews like mine. I live two minutes away from this location which is, the only reason I will continuously come back. Every time I go, it seems the children working get younger and younger.
I order a macho del turkey beef burrito with extra lettuce and NO BEANS. I repeat my order multiple times, every time and ask them to do so as well. Yet every time, it never fails there are beans on the burrito. This is a $ 5 burrito not something off the $ 1 & under but regardless quality service has been yet to be found at this location.
I call every time and let the manager know once again my order is messed up. She offers a refund but Is missing the point. I want to enjoy my food the way I ordered it. Let the manager know if this happens again I will call corporate.

Kid taking orders messed up! Cook messed up! After sitting down with the fam to eat cheese quesadillas with green sauce we ended up with quesadillas with sour cream French fries and no green sauce and a burrito asked with no sauce that had sauce. So now I gotta get up from table with family and go back here to get it right! Crazy! I’m done with this place! Sam was the mgr that stepped up and made the order all over and gave us cookies! She gave great customer service and understood my inconvience!

They forgot an item from my order again

My husband takes me for romantic lunches here when we drop the car off at Purrfect Auto for oil changes. Service is decent and they actually put cheese in the tacos, not just 2 shreds like the Burbank locations. The only bad experience I had was at the drive thru on a late Saturday night when they forgot my french fries and we had to park and go in to get them. But I get it, it was a Saturday night. I don’t expect you to be on top of your game. But all in all, it’s clean. And it’s Del Taco, what do you expect?

The place is very clean and I love that I can pick up the wifi signal from the starbucks next door and watch netflix on my phone as I eat my chicken soft tacos.
Great place, I highly recommend to anyone who loves del taco and is near the area

No exaggeration, but THE nicest people work here. Hands down! I’ve never come across a rude or unhappy person when I go here. And that means a lot when no one seems to really care about true customer service anymore. Yes, it’s only Del Taco, but it makes a difference at the end of the day. Not sure if this is why there’s always a line in the drive thru, but it could be.
Oh ya, food is great too! Love their fries!
