Great store, lots of cool toys, great staff, weak ds game selection though :(

This place is ran by some terrible elite snobs!
GameStop was running a promotion where if you bring in a used PlayStation 2, you could get between $ 20 – 50 depending on certain guidelines. I got the maximum amount at a different location, so I decided to bring another PS2 here since I was in the area.
The unit I brought in was in beautiful condition. It had all the hook ups and even a controller. First thing I hear is, «oh we’ll give you $ 10.» I had to explain the current promotion which they had to look up to verify.
Oh wow, looks like I was right. Anyways, they had to run tests on it and see if it could boot up a game; no problem, I was fine with all that. That’s when the dumb sh*t began. There was a vinyl sticker on the system so they told me that they would have to knock off $ 10 of the total because it was «damaged.» I couldn’t believe it and began tearing it off. A few seconds later and that $ 10 was back on!
Next they tried telling me that my total was $ 25. Nope. They didn’t even bother to tell customers that if you have a Rewards Card that the total goes way up when trading a unit with all the accessories. Oh would you look at that! $ 50! I got the most out of that promotion with absolutely no help from these guys. Their customer service was garbage, heir helpfulness was nonexistent, and their drive for being helpful to customers was ridiculous.
Had I known that I was going to be treated this way, I surely would have taken my business elsewhere.

I always bring my Son here first before we spend top dollar at the store. Always helpful and friendly

Waited in line about 45 minutes yesterday to purchase a game. …that ended up being out of stock. Ummmmm I have an idea… instead of making people wait that long in line for an item that’s sold out, how about you remove the boxes of the «sold out» game from the shelves and maybe post a sign on the display too. And how about when people are waiting that long in line, you quit trying to push paid rewards cards and warranties on everyone so the line actually moves? It’s never a good sign when customers cheer when a cashier calls «next»!

We’ve always had great service here. Tonight we went in 2 minutes before they closed and Nick was super accommodating but his coworker was rude and it was obvious he wanted to go home making it clear they were getting ready to close. We just bought a gift card and we’re out on less than 2 minutes. Didn’t get his name but it was 7÷26÷14 @ 858pm. Thank you Nick for being so professional!

this is the BEST gamestop! the staff here is always friendly and helpful. at so many other locations the staff is usually rude and unhelpful, or just doesn’t say a word, not at the lone hill location. every single person who works here is knowledgable, kind, and won’t belittle you if you don’t know much about a game. if you’re in the area and in need of a game or pre-​order, definitely visit this location.

Great service. They didnt have the game I needed, so they ordered it and sent me on my way. The game arrived at my house a few days later.

I used to frequent this Gamestop for a few years. I’m unsure how the staff is now, but let me tell you during those few years this was the best Gamestop to go to, hands down. Bar none.
I never felt pressured to buy anything, everyone was always helpful, and they always recognized their frequent customers.
If you need to go to a Gamestop, please drive out of your way to go here. These guys are honestly the best.

Great video games I love the ps3 games

This staff here was very helpful. We had a man named Aaron help us out. We walked in to the PS3 used section and he immediately asked us if we needed help. I told him that we needed an easy game for me that would help me get used to using the system (as I never play and just watch Marcus play) and that it had to be some what cheep in the event that I use interest in even trying. He picked out a couple of titles and we checked out. I also notice as we were checking out that the other clerk was helping a man and also seemed to be very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be going back to this store. :)

Not the best one, but it’s a good place.

This was actually the best Gamestop I have been to… and I have been to several over the past few weeks. The associates were actually attentive and helpful. The associates were actually working instead of goofing off and daydreaming. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and I was able to get in and out quickly without pulling my hair out. The selection was hit and miss. I am just glad I didn’t have to wait in an insane line and it did not take 20 minutes to check out at the cash register!
