Glendora Children’s Center

My daughter recently started attending Glendora Children’s Center and I am blown away at the progress she has made! I was looking for an environment that promoted learning with a fun and creative prospective. I found it here! I stumbled on this preschool as I was shopping at the Albertson’s market. I looked over and saw the sign «Preschool». I walked to the window and peeked to see if anyone was working. I saw a friendly smile and a welcoming «come in» hand gesture. I was greeted by Missy and she took me on a impromptu tour of the school. The small classrooms are covered with art projects, diagrams, drawings, painting, and projects. It looked more like an «OPEN HOUSE» event than just an average day. It was spectacular! Missy explained the curriculum and how they teach content in a project based format. I left mesmerized! My daughter is precocious and loves to learn and paint, so I knew that this was going to be a prefect fit. My daughter started and wasn’t used to napping or frankly anything that involved a schedule. It took a couple of weeks for her to adjust, but with the help of Missy and her staff (Ms. Kim, Ms. Deborah, and Ms. Cathy) they helped my little one to adjust. As a mom it felt right. I knew my daughter was getting the education and the social experience that will make her ready for Kindergarten. I’m really happy that a chance encounter at an Albertsons led me to a place where my daughter can grow and be happy!
