I couldn’t be happier with this class. Alex and Kristine are great trainers and really keep you motivated. If you are really committed to making positive changes to your health and life in general, just show up! I love the 30 minute format. If you can commit to 4 x’s a week (that’s only 2 hours!) this class will change your life. Trust me, my wife, my mom & my sister all come to this class and we all love it! We’ve also met some really nice people in this class and we all motivate each other to keep coming the next day!

I have been going there a year. Totally can tell I’m stronger and more tone. Coach alex is amazing. Of you want to get fit and healthy give it a try. But br prepared to swear!!!

I have to be honest and give 1 star review for management and service. I have recently been diagnosed with an illness that prohibits me the ability to go to bootcamp. I have begged. pleaded​.emailed​.texted​.to be let out of my contract to no avail! I have not been to the facility since October 2014. Yet I am being harassed by their member solutions. Luckily I work for a very large company and word of mouth goes a long way and we have employee prepaid legal services to help me with this fight. It’s very sad that I already have to fight for my health.. But now ridiculous fees and collections due to unforeseen medical illness. So not cool. I am spreading the word to everyone I know.. They just want $. They truly don’t care about you!

Amazing work out! Every part of my body is sore! The trainers are spectacular, they take the time to show you the right way, without embarrassing you, and the group of people working out are supportive as well! I’m looking forward to the challenge, and seeing how far I can go.

I have been coming here for three months and have noticed a HUGE change in my energy and fitness level.
The 30-​minute sessions are perfect for my busy work schedule as I can always find time for 30-​minutes.
The trainers are wonderful — high energy and motivating. They give lots of personal attention and make sure I am doing everything correctly. The class sizes are always small enough to get personal attention… sometimes too much personal attention… lol. I have also seen that they modify the activities if someone needs it.
The best training place I have been to. Parking is also easy as they are in the Albertsons strip mall.
The classes are fun, challenging, and always different.

Although the only trainer Mark is great the business ethics do not exist. They offered specials on Facebook but would not honor them; false advertising. They sent me an email with the wrong name. In these economics times everyone is looking for a deal and when you find a good one and it is not honored it is a big let down. With so many businesses needing business right now I am surprised they did not want the business with their advertised specials. I would not recommend this place at all only for the business ethics!!!

First time going here and just had an awesome workout! Haven’t had a fitness class as intense as this in years. Trainer’s are very motivational and keep everyone going at peak intesity for 30 minutes. Come ready to sweat and maybe a few tears, lol. Can’t wait for the next class. Haven’t had this much rug burn though since before I got married, lol. Show up ready to burn calories, have a full body workout and most of all have fun!
